"We very much enjoyed our stay at this house! The description was very accurate. The location — an easy walk to the lake and many restaurants — was terrific. Our kids were super comfortable, and the furniture was relaxed and cozy. We enjoyed the ping-pong table particularly, and the hot tub was well-maintained. It was really nice to be able to travel with our dogs!Communicate with the hosts was absolutely terrific, and it was easy to get into the house. We would return!"

"Great little place! Perfect for a couple or small family. Great location, kitchen well equipped, comfortable bed and furniture in the living room. Yes, some of the furnishings may be dated but that is also part of its quaintness and charm. This place feels like a home. Easy walk to the public beach at Kings Beach, several restaurants and shops. Gave 4 stars for cleanliness for the bathroom rugs that need replacing. All else was fine. Plenty of fans and blankets. The water is much higher...

"My sister and I traveled to Lake Tahoe from the Bay Area. We met up with family who were staying a short distance away. Of the many highlights of our stay, number one was kayaking on the lake. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner at the nearby Grid Bar and Grill. The proximity to shopping (Safeway just down the street) and many restaurants was great. We visited Tahoe City and Incline as well. "This is such a cute place. The pictures do not do it justice. Inside is decorated like a beach house. The main bedroom was a great size and the loft slept two comfortably. The location is ideal. We could walk to the beach and restaurants in two minutes. The owner is awesome and responds to messages quickly. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back. "
