Living Area: Rustic Elegance Meets Modern Comfort

This spacious and accessible living area is the epitome of mountain retreat luxury. With no steps on the main floor, guests of all ages and abilities can move freely and comfortably. The family room, anchored by a warm gas fireplace and framed by natural stone, invites you to unwind. The 55-inch HD TV is perfect for movie nights, while the plush reclining sofa offers a front-row seat to relaxation. Adorned with local art, this space is not just a room, but a sanctuary designed for making memories.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests over 6 years old. We allow children under 6 in addition to this.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guest booking the reservation must be 25 years of age. A signed Reservation Agreement is required from the person booking and that person must be present during the duration of the stay. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
