"Second time staying here, a pleasant experience overall. Checking in was a bit annoying, since only the bartender could do the process, and he was unfortunately swamped with bar customers for a while. Not sure why another staff member couldn't take care of the process.
Other than that, clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location. Noise from the shows below isn't so bad, although noise from other guests in the hallways in the mornings can be a bit much, but not unexpected given the layout...

"The guy at the front desk was rude and really not helpful regarding rooms and reservations, overall horrible experience and the front of the office is also under construction which just makes the mess an eyesore to look at along with the homeless/druggies roaming around in the parking lot felt uncomfortable I left within 2 hrs. "Arrived late, no one at front desk had to knock on door, lady sent her husband out he asked why I was there I obviously told him I had a reservation, after lady spoke to manager on the phone, he then walked me to my room which was hostel style and how disgusting that room was, cigarettes and tobacco littered the table, very trashy room, horrid smell. As it was 1:30am I had no choice but to stay. Soon as I woke up at 7am I left the property. I’m a solo traveler so I had the flexibility I guess...
