"Otel Eylül ayında açılmış bizde çift olarak ilk kez konakladık ve oteli çok beğendik. İstanbul'un en sakin ve mistik yerlerinden biri olan Çamlıca'nın doğasıyla iç içe olmak ve muhteşem manzarasına eşlik etmek bizim için çok keyifliydi. Odalar gayet yeni ve tertemizdi. Kahvaltının saat 12'ye kadar sürmesi ve çeşitliliğini çok sevdik. Banyoda kullanılan ürünlerin kalitesinden de ayrıca memnun kaldık. "This so-called “hotel” is a complete scam. They contacted me after I booked, asking me to cancel the reservation myself because of major construction, flooding, and full closure of the facility. They promised a refund “as soon as they received the cancellation.” It’s been over a week, and I’ve received nothing, no refund, no response, and no proof that the place even exists. "Önce bir oda verildi klima çalışmıyordu. Sonra başka bir oda verildi o oda ondan küçüktü. 1 gecelik konaklamayı 4 saat dolmadan bitirdim. "

"Our bathroom seat was broken which once we asked they did fix it but the toilet had no space to sit so for an adult it was very hard to sit on the toilet. The shower would not hang up so we had to hold it to shower, there was mould all Around the shower cubicle and the water would not drain, we reported this but was not fixed. The mattresses were also very uncomfortable. The staff were lovely but due to poor cleanliness, mould and overall poor quality of hotel we were very disappointed"

"I did book this hotel through Expedia for my aunt and her daughter for 4 days as soon as they arrived they contacted me and said the air quality , lights quality is poor they said the room is not clean as a result they left the hotel as soon as they checked in , the photos posted on line is not what exactly to expect . Also tried to communicate with manager of hotel he kept the money and didn’t refund . NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL."
