"As a disabled person, when I booked thru Expedia We were given a pool view room. Unfortunately this was on the first floor with no lifts. I was reallocated downstairs garden room which
was excellent.

"The biggest problem was the breakfast. Very poor quality on offer for the price. The machine coffee was terrible. I made one cup and tipped it in the garden. Also UHT milk used for cereal rather than fresh milk.
We'd have been better just going to STK at the Seaview Shopping Centre down the road. The food there run rings around the Oaks."
"Breakfast should start at 5:30, it gets light early and most tours start at 6 or 6:30AM so it would be nice to get a little breakfast before you go on any tours"
"Lovely large, clean room with high ceiling & a very comfortable bed.
Parking provided directly in front of the room which was very convenient. Ceiling fan provided was helpful but a little noisy. Air conditioning works well.
Coffee and tea making facilities only.
Washing machine use was free!
Good size flat screen TV with lots of channels and streaming options.
Pool and restaurant on site set in very pleasant surroundings.
Would benifit from a shelf in the shower and a towel rail.
