"Naming of location was misleadng. (Bell Gorge is nowhere near property which is located in a unattractive area). Staff were a bit over the season and not as willing to help as other Kimberley places we visited. Maybe could benefit from extra training or maybe difficult to attract good staff to a bad location? "

"It was a modern motel unit with all amenities including washing machine kitchen in a newish building a long way from a city.Great restaurant.Patio to sit in quiet surroundings."

"We were placed in a disability room, the room and bathroom were clean but there was only one shower curtain when two were needed to cover the exposed areas to stop the spray from getting over toilet etc. The most frustrating thing was that the shower water did not drain into the drain hole but flowed out towards the main part of the bathroom and towards the bedroom door. We put towels etc down to try and stop this, they all got soaked. Work needs to be done on this drainage issue!"

"We had a lovely room with a good sized fridge, stove top, cooking utensils and a king sized bed. We had a lovely continental breakfast every morning (I love the pancake maker!) and the location was central to everything."

"The unit was cool, bright, clean and has everything you could possibly need. The pool area was stunning, well kept lush, tropical gardens with an abundance of frogs, butterflies and geckos! Stephanie and Sharelle were both welcoming and hospitable. We look forward to coming back. "

"Rooms are spacious. A bit run down. No hand shower available. No slippers for the tile floor. Only a few amenities in the bath room. One would expect more for 330 USD. Including breakfast. Breakfast. We were told. Choose one drink and one item from the menu. That’s it. What we ordered was very much okay."

"Room was lovely, easy to get to. Pool was rather cool for a heated pool. Shame you won’t allow drinks in cans on the pool area to enjoy it more. Breakfast buffet was cold each morning even at opening. Overall a lovely place to stay."
