"On arrival we were given a room that had not be serviced. New room was clean and A/C worked well. However there was no teatowel and the bed frame was broken. On wanting to leave early the next morning, the electronic key would not open exit gate and I had to find my way out through a staff service gate and get my vehicle out via the entrance gate. This would work with the electronic pass key."

The door frame was falling apart and on the second day when we opened the door, a piece of the door frame fell down on us. The walls beside the bed were covered in fingerprints and dirt/muck from previous people who had slept in the bed and rubbed up against the wall.
