*We take cleaning very seriously, and have taken necessary steps to ensure our professional cleaning staff clean, disinfect, and sanitize following CDC guidelines*

Our condo is located in the Kamaole Sands Resort in Maui, across from the beautiful Kamaole Beach III & park. It is located in the highly desirable inner courtyard of the resort, ground floor, with a privacy of an end unit. The unit is conveniently located close to all of the resort amenities including large swimming pool and Jacuzzi (Mai Tai Pool Party on Wednesdays), fitness center, tennis courts and more!

Kamaole Sands offers a beautiful and relaxing beach resort with over 15 acres of greens and tropical Hawaii landscape and great amenities. The resort also offers a convenient location as it is within walking distance to shops and restaurants in South Kihei, and few minutes drive away from Wailea.

This unit features:
• 3 minute short walk to the Kamaole Beach III
• End unit on the ground floor, inner courtyard view, short walk to the pool
• 1 King bed, 1 Queen sleeper sofa and twin-size cot in living room, 2 baths. Accommodate up to 5
• Kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee maker, kitchenware
• Washer and Dryer inside the unit for your convenience
• Beach gear with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board and more for your beach excursion
• Supplies for toiletries. Fully equipped with linens, towels, beach towels, laundry detergent

Amazing

My family stayed here for just over a week and loved it. They have games for the kids and so much beach stuff for all of us to use we had to rent nothing. Fully stalked and so close to the beach. The pool is right next door as well. Thanks Joy and Matt!

Fabulous girls trip

Three of of stayed at this wonderful location. We could walk across the street for endless beach and snorkel time at a variety of nearby beaches. We even walked to the boat launch for our whale watching trip. Shops and restaurants were close enough too. We managed the 10 days without a rental car. Used Uber for airport transfers and one day of adventure to Ho'okipa beach & Paia . Other than that we rented bikes to explore the locality and made it as far as Big Beach to the south, and Sugar Beach to the north.The condo was extremely roomy and perfectly equipped with all the beach gear imaginable. We used the ground floor lanai for exercising in the mornings and for all our meals. The kitchen had most of the basics, but we made do without salt and pepper. The bed and bedding was perfectly comfortable. The condo gardens are spectacular, and the pool area was perfect. Just the right blend of sun and shade for lounging and swimming. Books and puzzles from the games room were nice to have. There is a tradition that every evening at 5:30 residents walk down to the field at Kamaole III to watch the sunset. It was so nice we did it every day. I heartily recommend this condo as it was one of the very best places I've ever stayed.

Perfect condo for family with toddler

We loved Matt and Joy's place! It is close to the beach, pool and restaurants. We were travelling with our toddler (almost 2 years old) and the condo had everything we needed for her (pack and play, plastic wear, even kids utensils). We used the beach cart almost daily and it was a life saver as we trucked our daughter and all of her beach gear back and forth. Definitely recommend!

A beautiful slice of paradise!

We had a wonderful stay at Joy and Matt’s unit. The unit is clean, comfy and homey. The unit is well-stocked, including towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and even a collapsible wagon. Our favorite thing was the very secluded lanai. Even though we were in a 400+ unit complex, Joy and Matt’s lanai is very private. We loved eating out on the lanai. Joy was very quick to respond to questions and was very accommodating. A wonderful stay, and we hope to get back soon.

Wonderful Condo in Beautiful Complex

We had the best stay at this condo! It was perfect for us and our two children. It had everything we needed, all the right upgrades (big tv's in the living room and bedroom with all the streaming apps), loved the ground floor corner location where the kids could run out and play on the grass. There was everything we needed for days at the beach (boogie boards, umbrella, chairs, wagon to tote it all). This was our first time at Kamaole Sands - it was awesome, the pool was great, loved the hottubs and the covered family game area where our kids loved to play ping pong & foosball. Communication was great with the owners - we will stay here again hands down!

Nice condo, comfortable stay

We had a great experience at Kamaole Sands after not having been for 10 years. The resort is as clean as it was back then. My only complaint about the complex itself is the pool staff constantly telling the kids in the pool what they can’t do - a little more leniency on the rules would be nice. With that said, I still believe this is one of the best resorts in Kihei - the pool area is beautiful and busy, making it easy for kids to find new friends to play with. The BBQ areas are wonderful and it’s obvious the whole complex is very well maintained. When it comes to the condo itself, it really was almost perfect. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the ottoman that can be turned into a twin bed was a nice option when our kids got tired of sharing a bed a few days into our trip. The condo was very clean, and the washer and dryer worked perfectly. The mattresses were a bit hard but we got used to them. The proximity to the reserved parking spot was great and it’s a quick walk to a beautiful beach. There are lots of beach toys in the lanai closet along with a wagon, nice beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel sets. I will definitely be back at Kamaole Sands someday soon and would recommend this condo to anyone. Thanks for the hospitality!

We would stay here again!

Property and unit were as pictured. We were notified about checkin time that the dishwasher was not working properly and it wouldn’t be fixed until after our stay, bummer to have to hand wash dishes on vacation. Other than that, all was great.

We loved being so close to the beach, Kam III was the best beach in our opinion. If you want a view this not not the location for you. But easy access to the pool and parking spot, worked great for us.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The location was excellent and just across the street from Maui’s best beach. About right

Appreciate Joy and Matt communicating with us they are responsive and easy to work with. Nice, clean place. We tried to run the AC as little as possible but it got toasty in the bedroom trying to sleep and the fan was pretty noisy, even in the lowest setting, so that between the heat and the fan it was hard for me to go back to sleep. Lovely grounds and reserved parking. Right across the street from a grassy area where I recommend catching the sunset. Sand at the beach (Kamaole III) is pretty much gone at the moment due to erosion but I understand conditions change so check with Joy and Matt for the latest.

Very happy with our stay.

Excellent unit! VERY clean, Everything's new, great quality appliances, (NICE washer & dryer). Kitchen is beautiful & has just about anything you could think of. Balcony is very relaxing. True, it doesn't have a view of the pool or sunset, but it leads right out onto nice grass, that's separated from common pathways... which is great if you have kids. Tastefully decorated. Bedroom A/C is a bit noisy, but we didn't mind. Master bath could use an exhaust fan. Owners are very nice and quickly responded to any questions we had.

The Perfect Condo!

This condo is everything you need and more! Not only was the condo just a short walk to the beach and the town, but Joy was a pleasure to work with! The condo was spotless, had a fully stocked kitchen, and so many beach goodies! After coming from the busyness of Waikiki, this condo was everything we needed! To be honest, this place was the highlight of our trip- cooking our own dinner, exploring the area, and soaking up the sun! I highly recommend Joy and Matt's place. You will be happy you booked it!! Cute Condo Close to the Beach

The condo was cute and clean. It had everything we needed. Maybe bring an extra throw blanket if you have 3 kids. It was so nice having all the beach chairs, wagon, boogie boards, and cooler. Perfect little walk to the beach and close to shopping and food.
