The full kitchen boasts a sleek design with hidden appliances (fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal), a built-in high-top dining table with four chairs, full-size stove and oven, a Keurig coffee maker and a regular auto-drip coffee maker, instant hot water, and all-new dishes, glassware, utensils, and flatware.
In the living room of Wailea Ekolu #105 is a modular sofa, a large ottoman with storage, a large flat-screen TV with DVR, Blu-Ray and DVD, and a Sonos sound system with Pandora service. On the patio you'll enjoy a beautiful ocean view (where you can see Molokini and Kaho'olawe!), beautiful patio furniture to lounge on, and an outdoor dining table to enjoy sunset cocktails and dinners. BBQ grills are not allowed on individual unit lanais in compliance with fire code restrictions. Community grilling stations are available. Wailea Ekolu has several lovely pool areas as well as a large pavilion area for larger groups. There are also additional barbecue and picnic areas on the grounds with panoramic views of the ocean and the sunsets. The beautiful Mokapu and Ulua Beaches are just a 10 minute stroll down the hill from Wailea Ekolu. Wailea Ekolu is located on the Wailea Golf Course and is across the street from the Wailea Tennis Club making it the perfect destination for golfers and tennis enthusiasts. It is a quick walk to The Shops at Wailea and the Wailea Promenade where you can walk along the beach for miles. Whale watch, paddle board, body surf and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable.
