The nicest condo in the complex w/ocean views. Across the street from the beach

This one bedroom one bath condo comfortably sleeps four. With a queen size bed and ceiling fan in the bedroom and a full size sofa sleeper with ultra thick luxury memory foam mattress in the living room. Our condo is furnished with all the amenities that you would expect to find in a home and not a rental. It has just been renovated from the ceilings to the floor; with new floor and bath rectangular tiles throughout, cherry wood cabinets, granite slab counter tops, SS appliances, new air conditioner, all new fixtures, lights, fans, furniture, mattresses, linens, cookware and accessories. Designed and decorated by a designer. All mattresses and pillows have been fitted with dust mite/ bed bug encasement covers. Enjoy the new 50' Flat screen TV/Blue Ray DVD, Cable and Free WIFI, while relaxing in living room and/or bedroom.

Maui Vista is situated on the sunny side of Kihei a short waking distance across the street from Kamoloe Beach I / Charley Young Beach. Where you can enjoy snorkeling, surfing and stand-up paddle boarding or just relax on Maui's most beautiful sandy beaches. These beaches include life guards, showers, picnic areas and restrooms. You can rent surf boards and paddle boards across the street. Our condo is also equipped with beach accessories. Some of Maui's finest golf courses are only a short distance from our condo. Or grab your tennis racket and play tennis at one of the 6 courts at Maui Vista. After a full day in the sun come back to our oasis and enjoy a refreshing dip in Maui Vista's 3 beautiful pools. And, for those meal decisions cook at the grills, or enjoy some of the greatest restaurants just a short walking distance away.

We'd love to welcome you to our condo in the heart of the best beaches, snorkeling and surfing spots, golfing, tennis, scenic day trips, hiking, and biking trails, restaurants, grocery stores, and a whole lot more. Everything you need is within walking distance including Starbucks.

Amazing

The Maui Vista is in a great location, right across from Charley Young beach. There was even a monk seal sleeping on the beach one day! This unit is amazing. It had everything we needed, had been recently updated and is very clean. We had our adult son with us who slept on the pull out couch and he had no complaints about its comfort. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location in Kihei. Close to beach (across the street), grocery store, restaurants with ample amount of parking. Property owners were prompt and clear with their communication. Condo was clean and had all the basic necessities plus some. Safe place to stay! Will stay again when going to Kihei.

Great stay

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay in this unit at the Maui Vista.  We have stayed at many other locations in Kihei, and this is the ideal area to be for us. The condo is situated perfectly for the beach which is a short walk across the road, as well as being within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. We read lots of reviews talking about the street/traffic noise, but this is mostly during the rush hours on weekdays – South Kihei road is busy. The street noise wasn’t an issue for us, it was more the individuals coming in behind the unit as it echoes, and you can hear everything including people on their balconies across from this unit….our solution was to close all windows, turn on the fans and AC and that seemed to drown out some of the talking/children yelling/etc. It would be appreciated if the ‘quiet hours’ were enforced a bit more by the security guard.  The unit is well-equipped with kitchen items, beach chairs/towels, and some cleaning supplies to get started.  We were grateful to have a good washing machine and dryer as well as nice kitchen appliances. The bed is comfortable, albeit smaller than a queen size, but the pillows absolutely need replacing.  We struggled with how flat they were and did try using some of the spare ones in the closet, but they were the same. We had no issues with parking, or the checking in/out process – the host is very pleasant to deal with and we appreciate them sharing this lovely condo.  We hope to

Great Kihei condo

Well stocked kitchen and comfortable living areas. Plenty of beach amenities and a short walk to Charley Young and Kam beaches. Other reviews talked of road noise and dirty areas. That’s not an issue and more about understanding the location you’re picking. S. Kihei road is busy throughout the day and settles by dinner times. Great location and hosts. Highly recommend the spot.

Maui Vista Paradise

Overall the Maui Vista checked all the boxes for us. Our condo was nicely finished and decorated. The grounds were well maintained. The location of the Maui Vista was perfect as the beach was just across the street. Restaurants were in walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Maui Vista!

Maui vacation

Very nice, modern and comfortable condo. You can see the ocean from the lanai but it is directly on the main road so at times there is a bit of road noise but we were able to block it out since the view was so nice. Being directly across the road from Charley Young beach was very convenient and being able to walk to restaurants and shops was also very nice. Dan always responded quickly to any questions we had. We had a wonderful visit and would consider staying at this location again.

Updated and clean unit

Pros - Unit seemed like it was recently updated. It was clean and had all the amenities needed. Had an umbrellas for our use, and chairs. It was across the street to Charley beach - which is a nice beach to swim, bogie board, or sun bath. It was was close to shopping to either directions of the property. Cons- The property did not offer a showering station to clean off the sand before going into the unit. So sand was everywhere, we had to sweep daily. The window in the bedroom is very old and out dated - so any time someone walked by talking it was like they were in the room. (Woke us multiple times through out the night) We never used the pool, but they are all very small. (But there is 3 of them) Parking was hard - being in the first building, everyone parked there, and we always seemed to have to park 3 buildings down. Overall, I would probably stay again. We did like the area, and the unit its self was very nice.

Great location and stocked unit

This condo was basically across the street from a great beach with lots of sand, and the unit had lots of beach gear, even including sand toys that our toddler loved. The unit had nice decor and was well stocked, even with coffee, sugar, and coffee filters, among other items you'd have in your home. We other have mentioned, there is some road noise, but the proximity to the beach and nice walk to other areas on Kihei road offset the noise for us. Plus, the bedroom was quiet enough.

Exciting and busy

This property is located in the heart of the Kailua Kona area on All'i Drive in the midst of ocean restaurants and shops. Sunset views and out door sports to watch over an ice cream cone or shave ice. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. Very difficult to leave.

Very nice stay at the condo. It is well equipped and has a newer kitchen and comfy living room and TV. Only issue is the lack of AC in the bedroom. The ceiling fans were adequate but would preferred to be quite a bit cooler in there for sleeping purposes

Blast in Kihei

My trip to Kihei was a last minute decision due to Covid. The condo was wonderful! It's location was extremely convenient to everything especially the beach, even though it is not beachfront. Definitely a great place to stay without the huge expenses. I would definitely recommend this to young couples or younger folks wanting to split the cost. It was also extremely clean and they provided all kinds of basic necessities. Highly recommend...

Oh what a shame

Property was very clean & had all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately the Coronavirus intervened. What started with pickleball, walks to coffee shops to do our puzzles, & eating out ended as a shelter in place exercise. We understand this is no fault of the owner or vrbo jus bad luck.

Excellent Vacation Condo

We have stayed at Maui Vista rentals 3 times now. This was by far the best condo we have stayed in. We had everything we needed and more. What was needed to enjoy the beach or just stay in was all included. We had a excellent 9 day stay and are already planning dates for our next trip. Highly recommend checking this unit out if your planning to stay in this area.

Wonderful location, well decorated house ...

This place is well maintained well decorated. The owner Mr. Dan is amazing and the house reflects their love of family and attention to detail. Has everything we needed during the time we stay; location is perfect, close to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed very much, left with a treasure trove of cherished memories!! Modern, well equipped condo

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and modern, with all the supplies you need for pool and beach activities. The neighbourhood was convenient and parking was easily accessible. Owners were very prompt with responding to questions. We would choose this condo again for another vacation if the opportunity arises.
