Condo Bonita com as Comodidades de Casa

Our unit is in Building 9. As we vacation often in our condo, we have furnished it to represent our home away from home.
Central air has been installed with units in the living room and both bedrooms. Each room can be controlled to enjoy wonderful, noiseless air conditioning.
We have recently completed a stunning kitchen renovation complete with brand new GE appliances including a wall oven, cooktop and beverage fridge. The kitchen is the heart of the home and the kitchen with its 9 foot island, has been designed to be a great gathering place for the family.
The master bathroom was upgraded to provide a spa like feel with a walk in shower. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with furniture from Restoration Hardware and features a cal king bed and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has 2 beds, a queen and single mattress.
The living room features a new sectional sofa with a 65 inch smart TV and a Visio sound bar with Bluetooth to play your favourite music.
When not gathering in the kitchen, the large lanai is set to host friends for drinks or family for dinner.
We are very proud to present our unit for rental. I am sure you will enjoy it as much as we do.
PLEASE NOTE: AS MY WIFE HAS SEVERE ALLERGIES, PETS AND SMOKING ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE UNIT.

Steve was very good with communication before and during our stay. Check in was quick and easy. The condo has EVERYTHING you need to enjoy a perfect vacation. A Perfect Stay in Paradise

Our recent stay exceeded our expectations and made our time in Maui truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the owners have poured incredible care and attention into creating a welcoming, luxurious, and relaxing environment.The condo is immaculate and beautifully updated with modern furnishings, high-end finishes, and thoughtful touches throughout. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for starting our day, the and comfortable living space offered the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the island.The bedrooms were equally impressive. The beds were comfortable with crisp, high-quality linens, and the air conditioning units in each room ensured restful sleep each night. The bathrooms were spotless and well-stocked with fresh towels and amenities.The resort grounds are well maintained, and the proximity to Kamaole Beach Park II was a major highlight. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for great days on the beach (beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and beach wagon).The location in Kihei offered easy access to Wailea, Lahaina, Haleakalā, and the Road to Hana for day trips. Kihei is a laid back community, so evenings were calm.Communication with the owner was outstanding from the time of booking through the end of our stay. Every question was answered promptly and thoroughly, and the owner went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed for a seamless and memorable trip.

Great stay!

The condo was as advertised. Very clean and comfy. We like to cook meals in rather than go out and found the kitchen well stocked. Communication with the owner was great. Beds were firm and plenty of pillows. Lots of beach chairs for use plus coolers for the beach. All in all, a great stay!

Great condo!

The condo was great and very close to Kam Sands 3. The kitchen was top tier and fully stocked with everything we needed right down to aprons. Really appreciated the place!

Kihei Christmas Vacation

Five of us stayed in the condo for Christmas week. We have stayed at the Kamaole Sands complex previously and have always loved it. This condo was one of the best units we have rented. It has an excellent layout, the bathrooms were well appointed, beach towels were provided, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked both in terms of cookware and also spices and condiments. Would absolutely stay again.

Couldn't have picked a better condo for our group.

The property is in a very central location with many restaurants nearby and across from the beach. There wasn't one thing we needed that wasn't in the condo. The owner was quick to reply and even gave us advice on tours and restaurants. I would highly recommend. It is a 10/10.

Great Condo and Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Steve’s condo. It was clean, well appointed and in a great location between the pool and beach. The lanai was nice and spacious with a great ocean view to enjoy. We would definitely book this unit again.

Great condo and location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Steve’s condo. The whole process from booking to confirmation to check in went very smoothly. Steve is very easy to work with and the unit was perfect for our Maui trip. It had more than we needed in terms of kitchen utensils, beach blankets, etc. The location, being across the street from the beach, was fabulous for the kids.

Could this place be better? Nope

We had a wonderful stay, walking distance from the beach, very clean, very good communication from the host. We had a wonderful stay, three kids under 8 and a few adults. I have no complaints, we had just a wonderful stay and would love to stay here again someday.

Maui Stay

My husband and I took both our parents to Maui and this place was perfect! It was spacious, clean and had a great location right by Kamaole Beach. Steven also shared some local restaurants and sights to see. It was easy to communicate and get ahold of him. We loved the stay overall and would book it again in the future😊

Fantastic stay

Thank you for welcoming us to your beautiful home. The location was ideal, and we took advantage of being so close to the beach. Fantastic rental

The property was well located with easy access to the beach and shops nearby. This rental is a great base to explore the island. The property is well looked after and has all the things you require for a family day on the beach. They have beach chairs/towels/beach boards making it extremely convenient. The unit is really beautifully renovated on the top floor with view of the ocean. Everything is well organized in the house. Definitely would come back to this unit👍

Simply amazing

Absolutely no complaints about Steve’s place! As soon as we arrived we felt right at home. The upgrades, comfortability, and location was just spot on. The house was stocked so nicely and we never ran out of the supplies all week! Steve was also very accommodating to check out time which was much appreciated with a late night flight. We would most definitely stay here again! Also the air conditioning was amazing!!

We felt lucky to stay here

The owners obviously spend time at this property because you can tell they invested in the renovation. It's very comfortable, well furnished and well decorated. The place is better in person than in the photos! Aside from being clean and comfortable it has all the amenities one can ask for including efficient A/C and a bathtub (which is something we really wanted to wash a kid). The location is great! We visited so many beaches and caught as many sunsets at Kam III as possible. So many food options nearby and Steve was helpful answering all questions and providing recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

Location was perfect. Directly across from the best beaches for swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding and watching amazing sunsets. Accommodations were lovely with a large kitchen allowing us to cook meals. We do appreciated the chairs and boards for the beach. And the reserved parking spot for our vehicle. Our experience with the on-site staff and the property owner was best in class. Thank you. We are recommending this location to all our friends as every detail covered perfectly.

Doesn't get any better!

Steve's vacation rental in Kihei was absolutely great. The air conditioning was fabulous, we only had to turn it on periodically, but it definitely increased the comfort when indoors on the warmer days. There are three tv's, so great for those families with different TV interests. Steve's place was very well stocked, toilet paper, paper towel, zip-lock bags, beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, beach umbrella, etc. The kitchen had everything you needed also. I will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Steve.
