The 2nd bedroom offers both a twin bed and a full bed and split AC. The sleeper sofa in the living room is oversized and offers plenty of space for those groups that need it, the living room features a television and split AC.

The kitchen has updated cabinets and granite counters and provides easy access to the large lanai. The lanai has a dining area, and a separate lounger area plus plenty of space to store your ocean equipment. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for inside, outside, or to take to the beach. Three temporary BBQ areas are available for your use - one at the top of the property (left of the entrance), one at the bottom (next to building 20) and one on the South lawn (next to South Kihei Road).

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.
