Aloha! When you rent this condo, you will be renting from me, Kevin. I own, manage and maintain this property. The pictures are recent and accurate. What you see is where you will be staying. I am the person who answers your questions and assists you if needed. I do not shuffle you around to different units; the one you are seeing is the one in which you stay. If you have a question on a Saturday, you will receive a response from me and not have to wait until Monday. I live 5 min. away so reach out if you have a question. I make sure you have the highest quality Maui stay.

This studio condo is quiet, clean and a holiday retreat with a mountain view. Within walking distance of two great restaurants; Monsoon, an excellent Indian restaurant and Isana, for fish and sushi. The studio is on the 2nd floor, located at 715 S. Kihei Rd. (Kihei Bay Surf), #216. This complex is a small boutique resort across the street from the beach and Kalepolepo State Park. Turtles come on shore to the park and its 500 year old Hawaiian Fish Pond to sleep at sunset.
The condo has bamboo and tile flooring. The lanai view of Haleakala, a perfect spot for morning coffee. The complex is well lit for safety. A keyless entry system on the door, with a rotating code, allows for secure contactless entrance whenever you arrive.

Get away from the hustle and bustle of the larger tourist filled condos and book with me. Kihei Bay Surf has only 118 units and is in a private setting. You will enjoy the lovely Hawaiian gardens and view from your very own private lanai. A BBQ area, a pristine swimming pool and hot tub, the Humpback Whale National Marie Sanctuary across the street, as well as 3 mile beach and close to one of the largest stretch of sandy beach on Maui, perfect for sunbathing, strolls, swimming, jogging water sports such as kite boarding and surfing, and so much more! Catch a whale watch cruise from Maalaea Harbor (during season), just a 10 minute drive form our home!

Make your friends jealous. Selfies on a Zipline through a tropical plantation, snorkeling with turtles or at 10K feet above it all on top of Haleakala! Maui is our home. Contact us for more Maui activity ideas. We can make suggestions; whale watching, island hot spots, dine with celebrity chefs, car rental and seasonal events.

I'd recommend booking the night on the last day of your stay if you have a later flight. It is so much easier to leave from the condo rather than wonder where to sit all day until your flight boards.

What guests have been saying: "clean", "centrally located for Maui sightseeing", "close to shopping and restaurants", "quiet, safe and secure".

Recommendations: I would rent a car. The Island is big and you'll need one to site see and shop. Bring snacks and drinks, picnics are the way to enjoy every day's excursion.

Beaches: Sugar Beach is one of the best on Maui, across the street and 6 miles of white sand awaiting your footprints.
