High ceilings and a panoramic ocean view add to the open and spacious feeling of this top floor corner unit. A pillow-top mattress, high thread count linens, new furniture, ceiling fans, and quiet AC ensure comfort and enjoyment.

Our condo's location provides convenient, easy access to the amenities of the Grand Champions Resort. Enjoy the beautiful pools, relax in the hot tubs, grill your favorite meal in the barbecue area... all just steps from your front door!

The condo is located within the beautifully landscaped Grand Champions Villas resort in Wailea. Wailea is a master-planned resort community in South Maui. Grand Champions offers access to the elegant and luxurious lifestyle of Wailea while providing a touch of quiet seclusion. On one side, the resort is bordered by the Blue Golf Course, one of Wailea Golf Club's 3 award winning courses. The world-class Wailea Tennis Club is on the other side. You can watch tournament play from our lanai. Grand Champions has 2 pools, 2 Jacuzzi's, and 6 gas grills for guests to enjoy.

Shopping, dining, and other amenities are conveniently located within walking distance. The Shops of Wailea, which offers the finest shopping on the island and five excellent restaurants, is a 10-minute walk. The beautiful Wailea beaches are just a short drive away or a 15-minute walk. Don't miss the incredible Wailea 2-mile beach walk that connects the beaches and takes you past the island's most prestigious hotels. Less than 5 miles away are Big Beach and Little Beach, arguably the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii.

Best vacation ever

The house was just perfect, with everything you might need. The position is amazing very quiet with a beautiful ocean view, but close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Tom was very nice and as the instructions as the communications were clear and prompt. We can't wait to go back in mAui at Tom's place again soon. Very rec!

Enjoyed My Stay, Great Location

We recently stayed at this small condo and found it to be a pleasant experience. The location was excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The condo itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for our stay. Although compact, it had all the essentials we needed. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and the overall upkeep of the property. It was a good choice for our trip, and we would consider staying here again in the future.

Awesome location and very clean place!

We really enjoy staying at Grand Champions. Everything is so close and the condo has everything you need. We could walk each morning to the nearby shops to get coffee and eat at the great restaurants. We also enjoyed watching a few sunsets from the patio!

Maui String

I was extremely impressed with this condo. It was definitely the most spacious one bedroom that I have rented in Hawaii. And the vaulted ceiling makes the living area seem that much larger. The condo was well appointed with everything I could have asked for. We watched an incredible sunset from the lanai with a lovely ocean view. There were 2 pools just steps from the front door. We also enjoyed Makapu/Ulua beaches which was a short drive. Also very close by were shops and restaurants. Those were even walkable. And the wonderful Wailea beachfront path is not to be missed. I slept well in the comfy bed and everything about the condo even exceeded my expectations. A big thank you to our most gracious host. I am looking forward to my next visit to Maui!

Excellent in Many Ways!

Our trip was fabulous in every way and we thank Tom for being so accommodating and helpful! Lahaina suffered the tragic fire just prior to our vacation. We contacted Tom and he was very informative so we followed through with our plans. It was just as he had informed us and we are so happy we didn’t cancel. The condo was extremely nice, comfortable and in a great location. Tom was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We would consider him to be top-notch when considering our experiences over the years of renting with VRBO. The people and residents of Hawaii were very kind and grateful to us as tourists as they very much depend on the tourism; therefore we felt very good about being there as well. This condo comes highly recommended!

Lovely Stay

The property was exactly as described. The view from the lanai was so gorgeous we never needed to go out for dinner to watch a wonderful sunset. Tom was an excellent host with timely and detailed communication.

Great Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Communication was quick. Views from the lanai were beautiful. Having the beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach we’re a welcomed bonus. Great location in Wailea. We will be back.

Pickleball Alert

I would give this property an absolute 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the newly opened 8 pickleball courts. That brings the total to 10 pickleball courts that are located 150 feet from the lanai. The noise level is high and constant from 8am till 6pm on almost everyday of the week. It does break the serenity of the most beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets you can imagine. If you can block out the noise, this unit is for you.

Nice stay

The accommodations suited us well. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well-enough equipped. There was a nice view of the ocean from the lanai and a small table that made a nice spot for enjoying morning coffee.

The perfect condo for our stay!

Home in the Islands

We enjoyed a wonderful return trip to Maui. Central to that experience was our stay at Grand Champions. From all initial communications through our check in then check out of this well kept and stocked unit, we were grateful to work with the owner who made the process clear, easy and was readily available for any questions. 5 stars!
