What we guarantee: Both condos are always inside Grand Champions Villas, always within a 2-3 minute walk of each other. Unit A is a 3-bedroom condo and Unit B is a 3-bedroom condo, with exactly the beds listed below in every bedroom. Unit A's lanai looks out to the ocean beyond the resort grounds; Unit B's lanai takes in the ocean along with tropical garden, golf course and valley views. Both homes are kept to the same quality standard, with finishes similar to what you see in these photos. If we ever could not deliver that, you would approve the alternative first or receive a full refund.



The two condos share the same Grand Champions Villas complex at 155 Wailea Ike Pl and are never more than a 2-3 minute walk from each other, whether they happen to be in the same building or in neighboring buildings within the resort grounds - so the group stays connected without sacrificing the privacy of having separate living spaces.
