This COMPLETELY remodeled & refurnished 1-bedroom, OCEANFRONT ground-floor condo has a king bed as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room - great for those who wish to sleep separately OR bring up to 2 extra persons. This condo is priced for 2 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 2, up to 4 guests total. NOTE: This will be tight quarters however, and is not recommended for 4 adults. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child.

The pristine all-white new KITCHEN is stocked with all the essentials you need to enjoy home-cooked meals on the days you stay at home base. The BBQs are mere steps away if you prefer grilling your meals. We'll supply hand soap, dishwasher pods, can liners, new sponge & a roll of paper towels tp start with. You'll refresh as needed.

Whisper-quiet 2-Zone Mitsubishi A/Cs will keep you COOL & comfortable while you relax & sleep. Ceiling fans throughout will keep the air fresh & cool when you prefer to have the windows & slider open. You'll love hearing the waves crashing in the background when you spend time indoors.

We are happy to provide information about rentals for water toys & gear that can be delivered to the condo during your stay. Rent a SUP or kayak for our calm morning waters & spend afternoons boogie boarding when the trade winds come in.
