Great Location & Excellent View

The condo was very comfortable and matched the pictures in the listing. It was convenient for snorkeling and paddle boarding. I was reluctant to have a ground floor unit, but it was very convenient. Nothing could beat the unobstructed ocean view.

Property was amazing! Great location and amazing views!

The property was amazing and so glad I had an email with the Property managers information. The Vrbo app was down and all of the information for our trip was unavailable online as well. Thank goodness I saved the email with the information for the Property management company. I immediately called them as soon as I saw Vrbo had an issue and they said they had everything taken care of on their end and they would be the ones reaching out to us with our codes to get into the property. They also reached out while we were there to make sure everything was going smoothly. I recommend saving information to other places or printing out important information. We were not the only ones this effected. I read online that Vrbo had been down for weeks. Glad we had such a wonderful experience with the Property Company- Sunny Maui Vacations/ Maui Hospitality LLC!

Gorgeous view

Loved waking up and having coffee on the patio with the most beautiful view. Being on the first floor and able to walk out to the lounge chairs and the pool etc. was great.

Incredible!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 on our first trip to Maui. We spent 10 days here. Beaches to the left and right, amazing snorkeling immediately in front of the condo. The view truly never got old. Some of our favorite parts of the vacation were just sitting on the patio as the sun was rising or setting with a beverage in hand. The location of this condo is great in the wonderful shore town of Kehei, it served as a great home base for our trip full of excursions and day trips to southern beaches. The condo had everything you needed and the management company is extremely responsive and helpful (in addition to providing concierge type service). Also, I thought the rooftop patio and grilling area was a little underrated. We grilled twice on the roof with Haleakala in view to one side and the sunset on the other... pretty amazing.

Good location, outdated condo

I did want to give some feedback tho on the condo. It’s very outdated. Furniture old and cushions dirty and not comfortable. Floors were dirty as well as table tops. Our bottoms of our feet were dirty and gritty the first day here walking on the floors. I was not good cleaning job at all. But most of all the furniture is what bothered us. We couldn’t sit comfortable on sofa as the cushions were uneven and lumpy, and dirty.

The Royal Mauian was fantastic. Our spot in 112 was the best view of any place I’ve stayed!

1. Very clean 2. Beautiful decor 3. Best view 4. Kind staff 5. Tiny walk to good food and shopping 6. Two beautiful beaches to chose from 7. Kihei location has best weather on Maui 8. Comfortable beds and furniture 9. Recent remodel is very nice!! 10. We will definitely be back! Mahalo

Everything was amazing!

Room was exactly what I thought. The washing machine was gross and there were a lot of renovations going on on the property.. right across the street from the best fish tacos on Maui! Sea turtles every day all day!

Location, Location, Location

The view is spectacular! Especially for whale-watching this time of year. We were very also close - within very easy walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Beautiful beaches are a only a few steps away!

Very clean, quiet, and convenient.

The location is great for beach walking and snorkeling and the sunset views are incredible. We found the unit was as advertised, clean, and comfortable and we look forward to booking it again.

Peaceful Oceanside condo

This condo could not have been any more perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway. We stayed a full week and the condo had everything that you needed... even beach towels and water sports gear! The beds were very comfortable and the views and access to the beaches were first rate!

Perfect location for our stay!

The Royal Mauian is located in Kihei, perfectly located for access to everything we wanted to do and in a wonderful setting on a beautiful beach. The accommodation provided everything we needed in the kitchen, comfortable beds and appropriate furnishings. The gorgeous lawn, and proximity to the pool and ocean, provided an awesome spot to relax and view heavenly sun rises and sun sets. Loved our time on Maui!

Beautiful location...but....

The property is beautiful. The condo is located in a perfect spot, for beaches, restaurants, etc. And while the unit itself is very clean, the stove had an infestation of roaches...they are trapped in the control panel timer, scuttling around while you cook. When that is fixed, then, you will love it.

Great Place To Relax

This is our second time to the Royal Mauian. Although the weather did not always cooperate, we had a great time. The unit was great. I especially like being on the ground floor which made coming and going so much easier. Kihei is fantastic with so much to do!

!AWESOME! My girlfriends and I got together and stayed in this unit. We had the time of our lives. The unit is well appointed, very clean and it had a fully stocked kitchen, linens and beach items. I definitely will come back and recommend to others. !BEAUTIFUL!

Perfect Maui Vacation Home

Loved our unit. It was nicely furnished and clean with all the conveniences of home along with chairs, bogie boards, umbrellas, and towels. The location is beautiful for ocean watching, sunsets and beach going with Kamaole One on one side and Two on the other. We snorkeled and saw lots of turtles and enjoyed just sitting on our lanai and on the provided lounges on the grass with palm trees swaying. Lots of great restaurants closeby...Cafe O'Le, Ami Ami, Paia Fish and the marketplace about a mile west with lots of shopping and best breakfast at Kihei Cafe. We love the feel of Kihei...so much more laid back with tradewinds to you off in afternoons. Centrally located to West Maui and South Maui...for a nice drive. We will be back!!!

Great location, fun town, perfect beach for swimming and boogie boarding

Was surprised at all the amenities- beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel masks, beach umbrella, coolers, clean, large beach towels, beautiful rooftop terrace with BBQ grills and tables, nice pool, lending library. Did not need to buy anything. Convenient walk out to beach. A little bit of foot traffic across lawn but well worth first floor unit for easy access to go in and out to the beach without having to take stairs/elevator. Only negative was some bugs for which they provided cans of raid. Probably common to all first floor properties on Maui.

Comfortable, Clean, and convenient

The upgrades in the unit were all first class. Lots of quality beach gear. The location of the condo was great for beach access, lovely area to lounge on the lawn just outside the door, and options for dining nearby. The access to the highway and all points on the island is only a couple blocks away.
