Wailea Ekahi 24C, Summer in Paradise! Large 2 Bed 2 Bath, SLEEPS 6, beach access

Welcome to Codge’s Beach House! This 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom unit (SLEEPS 6), was remodeled in late 2022 with ceiling fans, new split ductless AC's, brand new kitchen and bathroom and with a lot of thought for comfort and ease of use. We are on the second floor with 3 lanais and peek-a-boo ocean and West Maui mountains views. Our unit is 5 minutes from private beach access to Keawakapu Beach, one of the best swimming and walking beaches on the island.

The new and fully equipped, open kitchen features high-quality quartz counter tops, stainless-steel appliances, plenty of dishes, flatware, kitchenware, and barware. The outside dining and the dining room both seat 6 and there are 4 stools at the kitchen island. We love to cook and equipped the kitchen with what we would need! We have a full-size washer and dryer and hair dryers in both bathrooms as well as a 65” LED TV with full Wi-Fi access. and cable plus an additional smart TV in guest bedroom.

The Master suite has a comfortable king size bed and a walk-in shower. There is a nice and quiet lanai off the bedroom, what makes a nice place for some quiet reading or an afternoon nap.

The guest room has 2 regular size twin beds (which can be turned into a King bed) and a bunkbed so you can have a family sleeping comfortably. The suite bathroom has a tub. There is also a private ate lanai, for some reading and and an afternoon relaxation.

There are 4 pools to choose from, three quiet ones and one large kid-friendly pool with a fully equipped pavilion. Each pool area has barbecues, so take a swim while you grill your food. There is also a pickle ball court on the property. We offer 4 Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, cooler as well as pickleball equipment, balls and frisbees. Shuffleboard equipment is available at the main pool.

Our location in the village is near Okalani Road. You can hear some road noises if you are outside or the windows are open. However, most of the time we are out and about and at the beach anyway!

Wailea Ekahi is within walking distance of the shops of Wailea, 3 award winning golf courses as well as tennis courts and wonderful restaurants and activities.
