This condo has all the elements of a perfect vacation retreat. The private loft-style master suite features a brand new king-size bed with hotel-quality bedding, and a private en suite bathroom. Downstairs, the second bedroom includes two twin beds (can be pushed together to form a larger bed) and another full bath, offering ideal accommodations for families or couples traveling together.

The living area features vaulted ceilings, a cozy sofa, and a 52” smart TV with cable. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare your favorite meals. Enjoy open-concept living with seamless access to the lanai, where you can relax with your morning coffee or watch the sunset over the palms.

This well-kept secret is part of a quiet 64-unit resort complex, just minutes from the heart of Kihei and Wailea. You'll be close to some of Maui’s best shopping, dining, golf, and world-class beaches. Place was fabulous for my family. There is no beach view, but it was a short walk to the beach. And the lanai was great for morning coffee. And my kids loved having the twin beds so they didn't have to share.

The place was beautiful and location was great. Restaurants, beaches and shopping within a 2 min walk or 5 minute drive. We loved it. My only caveat...it isn't set up for people who aren't close friends...bathrooms are hard to be discreet.

Overlooking lush Zen garden

We really enjoyed sitting early mornings and evenings out on the covered balcony overlooking the lush zen garden. The unit is far back from S. Kihei Rd so there was almost no traffic noise. We appreciated the assigned parking. A/C & ceiling fans in BR'S & LR. Everything we needed was provided except laundry detergent for the towels management requested we put in the washer before we checked out, so we bought some and left it. Would stay here again.

Great home base for my family of four

This was a great place to stay for my family of four (kids ages are 7 and 11) during our Maui vacation. The complex has lovely grounds, and it was nice and quiet at night, so our kids could sleep well. Fans & AC units keep the place comfy at night. The beach and a whale center are within walking distance; plus, you're within quick driving distance of lots of other restaurants, shops, and beaches. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect Place to stay!

This property was amazing! I loved the binder full of restaurant suggestions and things to do! The Hana section was especially helpful. The kids had their own space for down time. The kitchen was especially nice to have traveling with kids! I would defiantly recommend this accommodation!! ☀️🐠😎

A great, quiet spot in Kihei

This condo is perfect for what we needed: a landing spot for our day trips and a (small) pool when we didn't want to leave the unit This is a remodeled condo in an older complex. Many of the residents live there year round and aren't thrilled to have VRBO guests making noise. There's pullout couch, two twins and a king in the loft. Kitchen was well equipped.

Fantastic place to stay for our family

We loved the property and location of the condo. My husband and I had our own space and bathroom upstairs while our teenage daughters stayed downstairs with their own bathroom as well. Communication with owner was always top notch!

Spacious Affordable Condo

Condo itself was perfect for our family with teenagers. Lots of space for our family. 2 twin beds in second bedroom were a great feature. All beds extremely comfortable and loved having a second bathroom. Malinee, the property manager was amazing to deal with and any issues or requests were quickly resolved which was greatly appreciated. The complex itself Kihei Resort wasn’t my favorite. Location is quite a ways away from City hub. Not within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Your evening ends at 6pm at this complex so make sure your home with the kids by 4:30pm if you want to use the pool. Pool hours have recently been changed from 9am - 9pm to 9am - 6pm and is strictly enforced. (Signs changed with a sharpie marker) Recycling is nonexistent but they will take your cans and plastic ($) and located in pool area so can’t access before 9am or after 6pm. Pool and hot tub area is small but were appreciated on windy rainy days. Wish it was open longer hours.

Fantastic Condo

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with everything we could have needed. There was also a nice grassy area outside of the condo that you can see from the balcony, which was perfect for our 5-year-old to play outside. The pool was nice, and the walk to the beach was short. Communications with the owner were quick and pleasant. The location is great, especially if you want to grab some groceries and cook at home instead of eating out all the time. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it!

Clean condo, convenient location

We had a great stay in this two-story condo. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Close to the beach - we walked across the street to get to the fish ponds with sea turtles hanging out on the rocks! Just be aware that it’s on the second floor and you need to climb stairs to get in.

Great stay

Everything was great with the property. In unit washer dryer. Reserved parking included. It comes with beach equipment and towels. Only potential issues is it is a little farther from the strip of business in Kihei. In years past I had been able to walk everywhere. All and all it was a good place and communication from manager was the best I have ever had. She sent you notes and everything you need from the beginning.

Excellent stay, clean and well thought out.

Such a comfortable place. They prepared everything that you will need. It was surprising how much useful items were provided; from mosquito repellent to snorkeling gear to laundry detergent. Its location is great, and the house is also well decorated. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great place and would book again!

Couple issues. The air conditioner was filled with bird nesting materials. Cleaned it out and worked great. Wishing there were a few more amenities. 3 pods for dish washer, not enough laundry detergent or TP to last more than 3 days. Other than that property was clean and inviting. Would definitely book again.

Perfect spot for a Maui first timer!

We loved our stay at Malinee's property, she was so easy to communicate with. It was our first time visiting Maui and we knew we were going to have very long active days exploring the island. Kihei was the ideal spot to be close to everything and able to stop easily stop back by during the day to switch from mountain to beach. The property was beautiful and clean, but the ease of location was by far our favorite perk. We hope to come back and visit next year!

Great location

Great location right across from the beach and easy to get to most locations on island from here. Plenty of space for three of us (except only one person should really be in the kitchen at a time!) We initially were disappointed by how much dust was in the condo, enough that it caused some allergy flare ups, but after reaching out to the owner, it was rectified. Just so other travelers are aware, the pictures don't show this very well but there are no doors to the master suite. Bathroom vanity is at the top of stairs and the shutters shown above the kitchen go to master bedroom. Not very private if sharing space with another couple. Overall, great value and quiet location.
