Maui Kamaole M-105 Ground Floor, Spacious, Secluded, Full A/C, Great Location

Maui Kamaole #M-105 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the ground floor-meaning no steps into or inside the unit. It has air conditioning throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 flat-screen TVs with DVD players, and free wireless Internet. There is a California king bed in the master bedroom, with split system air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, split air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. Second bedroom is den-like with shutter pocket doors. In the living room is split air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV. The unit is steps away from the tennis courts and upper pool area. For outdoor activity, Maui Kamaole #M-105 is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, and sand toys. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Kamaole Beach #3 is just across from the upscale Maui Kamaole. This property features lush tropical landscaping, two gorgeous pool areas with hot tubs and water features. There are gas grills peppered throughout the property and tennis courts available for your use. The Kamaole Beaches are world famous for their pristine water, long sandy shoreline, and great snorkeling. In addition during the winter, the humpback whales are just off shore and put on a great show. You will also enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. You also are within walking distance to activities, shops and restaurants and a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

The condo was great for my family of four, and it was well-appointed overall. It was very easy to get to the beach several times a day, and the included beach gear was much appreciated. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance and good running routes abound.

Lovely apartment.Sadly, we had to leave after a week due to a problem in an adjacent unit.Nice gardens both sides. Very cool and island like. We would have like to spend our entire trip there.

Easy and fun

This is our fourth time staying at Maui Kamaole and the first time we have stayed in a first floor unit. It was very nice , quiet and clean. Close to the upper pool. We had a couple of minor issues that staff was very responsive to. Be aware that the second bedroom is very small and there is no window. Hard to tell how small it is on the listing. The unit is clean and well stocked. The air conditioning is amazing and quiet. Grounds are beautiful. We will come again.

Everything we could have wanted

Booked this for a friends birthday getaway and also his first trip to Hawaii.This unit is in the back of the complex and is about a 15 minute walk from the beach. Whats cool though is that there is a pool essentially out the back door. Layout of the space is nice and roomy. Had a great stay and found that the included toiletries, towels, and beach equipment were perrfect. Would conaider ataying here again! Super easy to get to with a car and id stay in Kihei again.

Good for beach accessories, not the best for other things

-They are strict about checkin time, even though I believe that it was likely unoccupied the previous night and they could have accommodate me if they wanted. They wouldn't let me even leave my luggage. I spoke to somebody by the name Abigail on the phone who I didnt find helpful at all. She said that their cleaning company was cleaning the unit as we were speaking and I told her that wasn't true because I was standing in front of the unit and nobody had come by since my last call to her 15 min prior. +They have everything you'd want to go to the beach. Towels, chairs, bench, noodles, life vest, snorkel fins - we didnt use them as we saw the closet only on our way out, lol! -Place is not the cleanest, I followed instructions and walked barefoot in the house and it was sticky & grimy and my feet didnt look pretty at the end :) Found a couple of cockroaches as soon as we entered. I took a video and shared with property manager and they sent a guy who caught one of the cockroaches and set traps up. We got used to them after a day there and my husband was in charge of getting them out from then on! lol -Fortunately there were just 2 of us staying, and we were glad we didnt get another couple to join us. The second room is like an enclave which may work fine for 2 kids but not for a couple needing space or privacy. -Basic supplies like sugar, coffee etc aren't there. So stock up before or be prepared to do grocery runs. +They accommodated my late checkout request

Great location across from beautiful beach. Nice to have the BBQ & picnic tables next to our unit. The unit was great including breach gear. Only complaint is the 2nd bedroom doesn’t cool since no a/c.

What a spot!

Beautiful spot to take the family! We took our two younger kids and spent our days at the beaches and pool. The second bedroom is on the smaller size but our kids loved it. The place cooled down very quickly compared to the loft we stayed in for the second part of our trip. Management team was quick to respond.

Maui Kamaole delivers well and M-105 was no exception

What minor problems we encountered were quickly addressed by the manager/owner. The washing machine broke (bummer for was a newer washer unit in good condition) and amazingly this manager/owner did our laundry for us as a replacement part was on order. Wow! Newer pans in kitchen and plenty of plates. Nice things/towels/chairs to take to beach. This unit had a recliner, which my mother in law prefers as she travels with us. This is a “no stairs in unit or from parking to location” unit so great for MIL and accompanying friend who is an amputee. The keypad entry code did “expire” 15 min before our 11 am checkout fell due - so make sure you have 100% of your stuff out because won’t be getting back in easily if forget your water bottle etc. We ended up leaving a few food items in fridge that we had intended to the throw out so as to ease cleaners’ jobs, but couldn’t get back in to finish the job as locked out 15 min early. Overall M-105 is a great unit in quietest part of Maui Kamaole - this is my 6th/7th Maui Kamaole stay; best condos in south Maui.

Great stay in Kihei

We loved staying here and could absolutely imagine staying way longer! The apartment way even better than pictures and really well equipped (bathrooms, kitchen, beach stuff). Close to the grocery by car (Safeway) and a lot of restaurants to choose from around. Great complex, close to the beach and pool larger than expected. Would totally recommend!

Great condo for my family in Kihei

A few of my family members stayed here in late March. It was a great spot for 2 adults and 2 kids (although you will need to rent a pack n play, high chair etc. if needed). The condo is very close to the upper pool - the one with the waterfall and spa. Condo was clean and kitchen was well-appointed, although it's not quite as updated as the other condos that we rented on the property. We enjoyed eating pupus on the patio and watching the sunset several nights during our stay! The only issue my family had while staying here was that the AC was broken during the first couple days, and it was a little bit of a hassle to get someone to come by and fix it.

Great condo in good location with awesome pool!

We had an amazing stay and this condo was great for our family! This was our first time staying in Kihei and we loved this location and even preferred it over Ka'anapali area where we had stayed before. We liked being so close to Wailea for beaches, shops, and restaurants, but preferred to have our home base in Kihei with easier access to the ocean and still plenty of good shops and restaurants right in town. We walked to Kamaole beach nearby several times either for sunrise or sunset. I probably wouldn't do the walk with a bunch of beach gear, but if you travel light it's easily doable and all the Kam beaches were great. The pool was the best we've had anywhere in Hawai'i and was very close to the unit, which was great for the kids. The palm trees and other foliage surrounding the pool area were beautiful and functional for shade in the afternoons. The A/C in the bedrooms kept us cool and comfortable at night and the two twin beds worked great for our kids (5 & 7), though there isn't much room for storage so may be a tight squeeze for two adults or older teens. Overall we were very happy and would definitely recommend this condo to others and would not hesitate to book again.

The best Hawaii stay

The condo was amazing. Clean and appropriate to Hawaii decor. I brought my grandaughter and two of her friends for fall break. They are seniors and really wanted to go to Hawaii. Maui was my late husband's favorite island, so we had to come here. The property management was excelent every step of the way. It was very hot for October, but the air conditioners kept us comfortable. We loved the pool and swimming in warm ocean water. The beaches were wonderful. We even saw a turtle swimming right by us. Thank you for a great time in Kihei, my first time there. Hopefully not the last. Mahalo

Sisters Get Away

My sisters and I stayed at 3 different rentals during our Maui Trip to see different areas of the island. We all agreed this was our favorite rental we stayed at. The showers could use a deep cleaning, but other than that it was perfect.

Great time on the property

Very clean and lot of space, there was a beach umbrella that was supper handy, extra snorkel equipment, we left ours as well in the property with two life vest for next guests to use, the condo had all that was needed to cook, very happy with our stay and definitely we would book on the future, only concern was the big sofa, it had a lot of very smalls ants or micro spiders on it, they were so small we could not distinguish what they were and we didn't use it since they climb on us when we tried. but overall a great experience specially since with kids and on the floor plan they could get access to the pool very easy without going into the street.

Long weekend in Maui

We spent a long weekend in Maui before heading to Oahu. This property was perfect for my husband and I, along with my mother. The unit was spacious, clean and decorated delightfully. The second bathroom had a walk in shower that accommodated my mothers limited mobility. The beach was right across the road, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The upper pool was only a few units away.

Great Condo in great area

Overall we loved our stay at this condo. The condo was ground floor and very close to the pool which is great with kids. It was very clean, all the supplies we need for kitchen and beach. King bed was very comfortable. The only small issue was the second bedroom is very small with no windows. It's not ideal but for kids was ok and Air conditioning was a must for sleeping due to lack of air flow. I still recommend the condo and would highly consider returning.
