Book with confidence, this stunning, 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom (820 sq. ft) condo has been remodeled from top to bottom with high end finishes. This condo offers an exceptional vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. The condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great stay in Kihei

Nice condo with good amenities and really appreciated all the beach gear. Perfect stay for my kid and I, and the grounds were nicer than I had expected. Only let down was that the pool was too cold and the (kids) hot tub usually crowded—but I was in Maui for the beach not the pool ;)Note for light sleepers: there are some water pumps (possibly for the ACs?) that kick on for about 10 seconds every so often, including during the night. Didn’t bother me too much but just a heads up.

This unit deserves ALL 5*

We have stayed at these condos before. This unit was by far superior to the previous unit. Communication and check in was seamless. The unit was very clean and well stocked. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The only thing I would mention is that there was no broom and dust pan so we had to use the vacuum every time. As well there is instructions to squeegee shower after every use but no squeegee. We had a fantastic experience. We will be back.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was everything we expected and more. It was beautifully decorated and very spacious. It had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay and a great week on Maui. The view from the lanai was gorgeous. We enjoyed our morning coffee admiring the beautiful grounds. The location was excellent. It was a quick walk across the road to the beach and an easy walk to shopping and a variety of great restaurants. PMI Maui was wonderful to deal with and provided great information before and during our stay. A huge shout out to Matthew for making sure that we had the best experience possible! We would definitely book here again!

Lovely stay!

Very clean and modern condo. It has everything you need, including a view of the ocean from the lanai. The grounds are beautiful, as is the beach right across the street. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful condo!

This condo is beautifully furnished and decorated and has a fabulous view of the ocean and sunset. The location is perfect, as there is a beach right across the street and many shops/restaurants within walking distance. It is very well stocked if you want to do your own cooking. One of the great features of this condo is that it seems to stay fairly cool even without the a/c on. The property managers are excellent communicators at every step, from our initial reservation to our checkout information. We would rent this condo again!

Perfect location!

Kamaole sands is the perfect location right across the street from the beach. The property was clean and was exactly as listed online. There was plenty of storage and room for a family of four (2 teenagers) and also had all the supplies for the beach including coolers, chairs and boogie boards. Great stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Great location; clean and comfortable unit

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this unit. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. WiFi worked fine most of the time, though we had a few times that the TV in the master bedroom couldn’t connect, but the outages did not last long. We loved sitting on the lanai. The only surprise to us was that the bathrooms were not as big as they looked in photos. However, we would stay here again in a heartbeat and we will recommend the unit and the property to friends.

The best place we have stayed in Kihei!

We love Kamaole Sands and have tried a few units over the years but this one is by far the best! We will absolutely staying here next time we come! The unit has been tastefully updated and renovated with bright clean bathrooms and lots of open space. The kitchen & living room are very spacious and allowed for us all to be able to enjoy the space (especially with a little one running around!). The lanai is extra large and overlooks the pool area which is perfect during the day as it’s super close to go to the pool but also has a nice balance of shade and sun throughout the day. It has a really lovely view of the ocean and perfect for watching the sunsets. Overall, I’m fairly picky about where we stay and was very happy with this unit! It has everything you need (beach towels, good kitchen & laundry starter kit, beach chairs, boogie words, cooler, kids beach toys!). You can literally show up, unpack and unwind! Thank you for an awesome stay - we will be in touch and would love to rent again!

Great condo in a great location

Really liked the condo. Condo seems completely remodeled and the quiality of the unit was excellent. Everything you need for a great vacation. Includes beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys for kids. Family of 4 slept comfortably in the one bedroom condo. Location is excellent only 10 minutes to Wailea (great beaches, shopping and restaurants). The response from Matt at PMI on a couple of minor questions was very fast. Thanks for a great trip.

Beautiful renovated condo across from K3. Kitchen is a chefs kitchen with everything you need for preparing gourmet meals. If there is any drawback to property it’s that the standalone AC unit in the bedroom is very loud and Minimally effective. Really needs to be replaced with window unit

Bright and Modern Premium Unit!

Aloha! We stayed at Rafal's condo for 2 weeks (12/21/2019-01/03/2020) and this was definitely the nicest unit in the complex--beautifully upgraded, bright and modern with an over-sized lanai (balcony), and premium stainless steel top notch appliances. Elegant, simple, functional. Tastefully decorated interior, excellent quality furniture (we loved Euro-style pull down bed and the kitchen island table), perfectly working appliances, lots of electronic gadgets, and modern flooring made this place a perfect 10. The pride of ownership showed in every detail. Great communication with the host, easy check-in and check-out made the process simple and enjoyable. Overall, great stay and fabulous vacation! Mahalo Rafal!! P.S. The Kamaole Sands complex itself is old but the grounds have nice landscaping and are well kept.

Beautiful and spacious condo in a prime location

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! It had everything you need and more. Rafal even provides Netflix during your stay! Nicely renovated with high tech appliances. The bed was comfortable and clean and the A/C in the bedroom cooled the room off quickly. It was super close to Kamaole III, which we frequented often. Everything about this place was lovely and I would highly recommend staying here!

Honeymoon Vacation

An amazing condo unit very nice location. The one downside is that there is no AC in the living room, it happened to be very hot while we there the fans did help. But unfortunately no breeze during our stay which is very unusual for Maui. Beautiful condo with all the modern amenities. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect holidays in a lovely condo

Big thanks to Rafal, the owner of this property. We have had a great time and would have loved to stay longer. The condo is very well located (close to the pool, to the beach and Kihei is also the prefect location to explore Maui), clean and well equipped. There was also a lot of equipment for the beach (boggie boards etc) available too. Next time on Maui we'll be back in this condo - but certainly for longer.

Great space and nicely organized and updated. No oven, no a/c in living area. Uncomfortably warm at times. The pool was small and very crowded. But overall great for the price compared to some of the hotels in the area.
