Spectacular, nicely decorated, across the street from Kamaole Beach III in Kihei!

Feast your eyes on this fabulous condo with a lanai to die for.
Enjoy this spacious and tastefully furnished 818 sq. ft. condo with views of the pool, tropical gardens and sunsets. The unit is located in the desirable inner court of Building . You can enjoy the renowned sunsets from your lanai!

The primary bedroom includes a king size mattress, professionally laundered sheets, a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, large closet and a connecting en-suite.

Ceiling fan and air conditioner is located in the living room plus an extra air conditioner in the master bedroom. On most days, the unit is cool enough with just the trade winds and ceiling fans, but occasionally you might need a/c, so we have provided that for your comfort in the living room and in the bedroom.

Enjoy fresh meals you've prepared in the well appointed kitchen or barbecue on the gas grills located throughout the complex, or you are also only a short stroll to one of the many fine local restaurants.

You will enjoy a three minute walk to a world class beach. All of the Kamaole Beach parks feature lifeguards and are among the premier beaches on Maui.

Kamaole Sands is located in the charming town of Kihei and is less than 5 minutes to the exclusive Wailea shops, golfing and restaurants. Public transportation stops right outside Kamaole Sands.

You will find two jet hot tubs, a large pool and a children’s wading pool. There are 4 regulations size tennis courts and an exercise room. Other amenities include 24 hour front desk & security, on site activity desk, with large BBQ areas, reserved parking next to our building and on Wednesday afternoon there is a poolside party with live Hawaiian music.

HOUSE RULES: Kamaole Sands requires owners and guests to allow pest spraying every quarter with the only exception being if there is someone in the unit with a documented medical condition which precludes being in the vicinity of the specified chemicals used for spraying.

Fortunate to spend a month in this lovely condo. Location was close to beaches, restaurants, across from the pool. Enjoyed the large lanai and the amazing view from it of the impeccable grounds and ocean.Condo itself was large, well appointed, and nicely decorated with out any clutter.Karen was a pleasure to deal with and quick to respond with any questions.Looking forward to coming back to this location and unit!

Amazing location and a great host

Karen is simpytge best. She went all in to keep us updated of renovations happening there . She was very responsive at all times. This is a great location next to Kam 3. Beautiful property and excellent upgrades . The property managers onsite were of great help. We will surely look forward to our next vacation here. Thank you Karen !

Very nice unit, loved the renovations.

The only thing that we thought could have been better was the cleaning as there was hair in the shower and a couple other things were messy. Also, it would be nice if there could have been a few coffee filters provided for the first morning or two

Amazing condo and host

This property is nothing short of AMAZING! After booking, the host contacted me and let me know the condo was being renovated and would be different than the advertised photos. She made sure the new design would fit my family's needs and made us feel so welcomed. I was extremely happy with the renovations and condition of the property. Everything was beautiful and very clean. Everything we needed (and more) was provided such as linens/towels, fully stocked kitchen, beach gear, and more. Bed and pull out sofa were very comfortable. The lanai was beautiful and very large compared to most on the property. The grounds were clean and well maintained including swim and BBQ area. Staff is friendly and check-in was quick. Location was perfect to beach, shopping , restaurants, and things to do. The property is very family friendly and includes things to do for all ages. I would highly recommend this property or any listed by this host.

Pictures don't do it justice

We were taken aback by just how well kept the property and the area for Kamaole Sands was. The apartment/condo is spacious and fits 4 adults really well. The view from your balcony over looks a really nice open area that is filled with trees and plants (very on vibe for Maui). - Picture's don't do it justice!!! - Pull out couch fits 2 adults - Beach chairs, and an umbrella were available for us to use - Balcony has a table and 4 chairs for if you just want to sit out there and enjoy the view - 2 washrooms - Master one is larger than the communal one but you can easily who get's which one. - Laundry is available in the apartment - Less than 5 minute walk from the beach, that's located right across the street and it's never really crowd; great beach to swim at. - Less than a 5 minute drive from multiple food options and overall it was a great place to stay. - Always someone available when you need help as it's almost like a resort. There's someone in the lobby 24/7. - Pool is quite large and they've got a kids only kiddie pool, a family hot tub and an adults only hot tub. - Security out and about all the time, and there's always a staff member at the pool area, until close (10 pm). We would 10/10 recommend this to everyone.

Amazing Maui

The condo and close proximity to the beach were awesome. Karen was a fantastic host, always responding immediately if we had questions, with great patience and kindness! Would definitely recommend this property - as first time visitors here, it helped make the experience a positively memorable one!

Great Family Maui location

This was a great place for our family stay - the property is large and the condo had lots of space. Tennis, pool, beach location were all key. Condo was as advertised and came with a nice view and lots of beach toys, chairs etc. Only issue was that the exercise room was closed for repair - not a big deal for us as we had lots of other activities.

Great little condo, perfect location

We loved our stay in Kihei at this condo. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the place is much bigger than I was expecting. The lanai was HUGE and the condo was well stocked with beach chairs, coolers, etc. No surprises when we checked in (you just need to check in with the front desk, as you were in a hotel). We had to check out at 11, but were able to use the pool/hot tubs/bathrooms after that time. Which is great if you're catching a red-eye out that night! This condo is within walking distance to beautiful beaches and some great food choices. Would love to stay here again sometime!

Nice clean property. Check in and communication was easy..Well stocked unit. Loved the big Lanai! Beautiful sunset ocean views. Perfect south Kihei location. Only personal thing I didnt love about it was the master bed. Way too uncomfortable for me, but otherwise loved our holiday!

A Diamond in Paradise

Dave & Karen’s condo is right across from Kamaole III Beach and is an awesome place to stay! The condo had everything we needed. The description of the property along with communication with the owners was superb and accurate. We felt comfortable, welcome and relaxed in the environment. The linens and housekeeping were magnificent. We enjoyed the proximity of the beach, shopping and dining. The large lanai overlooked the pool and beautiful grounds. We most certainly plan to return and highly recommend this condo!

Like the title says wow doesn’t do this condo justice. From the first interaction with Karen through to leaving everything was five star. We have stayed at Kamaole Sands before but this is our first time in this condo and it won’t be our last. The quality is fantastic, beds super comfy (including the pull out mattress), lots of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, well equipped kitchen, in suite washer and dryer and the lanai is perfect. We were out there every night and enjoyed our coffee every morning. We loved it soooo much we only went out for three meals total during out 10 days. After all why would we go anywhere else when we had the best lanai. Karen is a wonderful person do deal with. She has the castle resort management team, who are onsite, so when we had a couple of lights burn out they were extremely prompt. Karen was available and responded almost immediately so there were never any concerns. It is obvious that Karen appreciates and respects her renters by her prompt and kind responses. Do rent this condo. Do cook there as much as possible. Oh and one more thing, Wednesday Maitai at the pool are a blast. So stick around and enjoy them.

Fabulous Condo in Paradise!

Had an awesome stay at this condo!  The property and grounds were extremely well kept and the pool was super clean.  The condo was spacious and had a very well-equipped kitchen.  One of the best features of this condo is the large lanai for morning coffee and evening dinners.  We spent most of our time out on the deck!  An added bonus were the boogie boards and beach toys in the condo.  The owners have thought of everything!  Location is convenient to everything - across the street from the beach and within an easy walk to many restaurants and shops in the area. The owners, Dave & Karen, were super friendly and helpful.  Had a great time and will definitely plan to to come back to this condo.

Karen and Dave’s place in Kihei was beautiful and in a great location. The condo was beautiful and views were spectacular. Best 12 days and much needed. Thinking of Bill often on this trip and Louise loved being there. Thanks for the great holiday
