Condo B5 is a 2B/2Ba (Sleeps 5) townhouse style condo with a GORGEOUS VIEW on the 2nd level (NO ELEVATOR) at Kihei Sands Condominiums. Our beautiful condo is furnished with your COMFORT in mind.
Located on Maui's world-famous Sugar Beach, you'll step onto the sand & into the Pacific Ocean from the patio. You can swim, sunbathe, paddle, boogie board, snorkel, go shelling, walk or run on the pristine beach, build sandcastles & more. If you prefer being sand-free, our crystal-clear mosaic tile pool has plenty of chaise lounges surrounding it. Umbrella-covered tables & chairs provide plenty shade.
Enjoy a tranquil night's rest on our exceptionally comfortable KING bed in the upstairs open-air loft (ensuite bathroom). A new QUEEN bed in the main-level bedroom is perfect for a second couple, or even two small children. Both bedrooms have TVs for your viewing pleasure. The super comfortable SECTIONAL SOFA is perfect for a fifth person to to sleep on too! If you prefer, we'll provide a high-end Aerobed. This condo is priced for 4 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for an additional guest (up to 5 total.)
You'll stay COOL with whisper-quiet Mitsubishi split A/C in the living area & each bedroom. Three zones ensure everyone will be comfortable. Ceiling fans are throughout if you prefer the windows open while listening to waves gently lapping the shore.
Our well-appointed KITCHEN with microwave, stove, refrigerator & dishwasher make preparing meals at home a great option after long days exploring or relaxing. Stocked with dishwasher tablets, dish soap, hand soap, a new sponge, trash can liners & paper towels to start your stay off right. We'll restock everything but the paper towels - just ask! You'll find plenty oils & spices in the cabinets. Bring your favorite brew from home to use in the drip coffeemaker.
If you prefer, we'll have coffee out on the patio by 7 am daily and you can watch the sun rise over Haleakala while listening to the gentle waves lap the sandy shore. We can't think of a better way to start the day!
Dining room seats 4 comfortably. After an IDYLLIC Maui day, return to your condo for a relaxing dinner. Enjoy your meals, pupus, happy hours & game nights here.
Both bathrooms are beautifully remodeled & feature walk-in showers. Each bath has a HAIR DRYER as well as three rolls of toilet paper & two bars of hand soap to get you started. Bring your favorite hair & bath products or purchase them locally. You'll restock the condo's paper products as needed. We suggest bringing laundry pods/dryer sheets from home. BEACH TOWELS, BEACH UMBRELLAS, COOLER & BEACH CHAIRS are provided for you in a closet. Take them with you when you go exploring Maui's many unique beaches! Kihei Sands also provides boogie boards & pool noodles out on the patio for your use!
Have an SUP or kayak delivered & paddle in the serene waters of our incredible bay. Our beautifully maintained lawn has plenty of chaise lounges just steps from the beach. Start your mornings with fresh brewed coffee (out by 7:00 am). You'll see SPECTACULAR sunsets on the patio while grilling dinner & sipping a tropical beverage. It's a great place to meet fellow travelers and talk story. Many families have game nights on the patio in the evenings.
Two days a week the Kihei Canoe Club offers visitors an opportunity to paddle with them on an outrigger canoe for a small donation. No prior experience necessary! They are located across the street from the ABC store, a short 5 min walk down the beach. You'll see racing flags in our waters & you'll be able to enjoy the races mornings & afternoons during your stay with us. It's quite exciting to see!
Dining options are plentiful & range from casual to upscale in nearby towns South Kihei, Kahului, Wailea and Paia. Located right next door to us is Dina's Sandwitches, where you can get your first tropical drink & meal after the long flight.
Are you celebrating a special occasion? We recommend contacting 'Kihei-Wailea Flowers By Cora' to have a gorgeous tropical bouquet delivered the day you arrive. Arriving late? Join us during our favorite time of year, WHALE SEASON (mid-November through mid-March) and you'll have a front-row seat from our patio to witness the incredible displays humpback whales make when teaching their newborn calves to breach, slap their fins & tails, & spy hop. It'll take your breath away! Take a 15-minute drive to Ma'alaea Harbor for a morning whale watching trip or a sunset dinner cruise.
