Kamaole Beach Royale #406 is an updated one-bedroom, one-bath condo with a panoramic ocean view and a great location in the heart of South Kihei. Kamaole Beach Park I is just a short walk away, and you'll have restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and plenty of other conveniences nearby. The private lanai is one of our favorite features of this condo. It's a great place to have your morning coffee, enjoy a meal, or sit back with a drink and watch the sunset over the Pacific. During whale season, keep an eye on the water—you may even spot whales from the lanai. Inside, the condo is comfortable and well stocked for your stay. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, and the in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays especially convenient. The bedroom has a California king bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and split-system A/C. In the living room, you'll find a queen sofa bed, large flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and wall-unit A/C. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also included. Heading to the beach? Beach chairs and beach towels are provided, so it's easy to pack up and spend the day at Kamaole Beach I or explore some of South Maui's other beautiful beaches. This unit sleeps up to 4 guests. Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation. Longer stays require additional terms and conditions.
