  • This Modern, Maui Vacation Rental unit #176, has it all. The owner of this condo also owns unit 174, both of which have been completely remodeled from top to bottom recently. Occupancy of these units is limited to only 2 adults. Ocean & garden views from the well outfitted Lanai. Completely remodeled from top to bottom in the last year. Bedroom features New King bed, 2-night stands and standing 4 drawer dressers. Bedroom has new wood closets installed and they are well organized with plenty of room for storage. Full kitchen has been upgraded with top of the line appliance and new cabinets, topped with granite counter tops. All new dishes pots and pans, silverware, etc., etc. This Kihei Maui Rental is simply Elegant & Modern. Living room and dining room area is very spacious. Artwork very tasteful. Most exciting is this unit is it equipped with a state-of-the-art split AC unit in the living room and bedroom. Stay cool and comfortable in your home away from home. From the Beach towels to bedding top notch. Book this condo soon!!

A week in paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this updated unit!! The bed was a comfy king, plenty of towels and I loved being on the ground floor for our first time!!! So nice to just walk right out to the pool! My only gripe is the pans in the kitchen weren’t nonstick! There’s no tv in the bedroom which was fine for us. Lovely stay!

Some road noise, but ocean view was worth it to us as we saw lots of whales. Pool area very close to the unit and was relaxing and family friendly. Bed was reasonably comfortable and breeze with doors open made AC unnecessary. We would rent this unit again.

Comfortably furnished, well stocked with kitchen and beach items, and you can't beat the gorgeous ocean views. Beautifully decorated - a true paradise and home away from home. The Hale Kamaole grounds are always well kept. We would definitely stay in this unit again. It gets tougher and tougher to say goodbye each time. Mahalo!

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience at Your property!Starting with Nicole at the front desk...She was so helpful and kind walking us though making our reservation and then so friendly on our arrival! #176 was the perfect setting to celebrate our 25th wedding ! anniversary! We loved that everything was so clean and all of the necessities were easily available. (Towels, blankets, beach gear).The ocean views were spectacular and the fact that the beach was literally across the street made our trip extra special! We will definitely be back !

The unit is within close proximity to the pool and has its own private veranda where you can watch the beautiful sunsets. The bed is super comfortable and the unit was very clean.

This unit is very comfortable and has great features. Most of everything is at the higher end; such as furniture, a?c, kitchen appliances. One drawback was the poor television package. It only showed frre stations from the past and streamed broadcasts from some of the major broadcasters. Zero sports, we even missed the Super Bowl. This is minor and not what Kihei is about.

Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at the Hale Kamaole numerous times throughout my life and Unit 176 was definitely the most well-appointed condo I've been in. They had all the comforts of home - every kitchen utensil you could possibly need and the knives were actually sharp! The bedroom was comfortable and the in unit AC made a huge difference. We loved our stay here and would definitely return.

We noticed more wear on the unit we rented, and believe the owners need to do more work in maintaining this unit, as it is a gem. We found the cleaning between renters needs to be upgraded. But overall we were very happy and have rebooked the same unit for 2024

We were disappointed there was one broken umbrella so had to purchase another and leave it there. Also, towels were less and no ice packs for beach. We had 3 rolls of TP for 12 days and had to buy that and Paper towel as one one of those. Would recommend replacing those.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third time my daughter and I have stayed in this condo and we're absolutely in love with this place! The condo is well furnished in a more modern way and it's proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches in Maui is its biggest attraction. My wish/gentle request is that the owners would put a pullout couch in the living room for those who may be sharing the condo as friends or in our case, mother/daughter, and would prefer to have separate sleeping arrangements. Aside from that, we love the layout of the condo and it's always well stocked with all the essentials. We've tried other vacation rentals and have finally found our home away from home. We can't imagine vacationing anywhere else in Maui! Thank you for always helping us create memorable holidays.
