Our beautifully furnished condo on the second floor is a remarkable 30 feet from the Pacific ocean.

Sugar Beach Resort is a tranquil beachfront condominium resort located in North Kihei. It is centrally located on the island and close to amenities such as groceries, shopping, restaurants, gas stations, etc. There are two six-story buildings at the Resort with elevators. Sugar Beach which fronts the property offers exceptional sunsets and is great for swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, windsurfing, long relaxing beach walks on the soft sandy beach, turtle gazing and spectacular seasonal whale watching.

Sugar Beach Resort offers central air conditioning, a large heated pool with hot tub overlooking the ocean, children's wading pool, and sauna. There is a well-maintained gas barbeque area that overlooks the ocean, Dina's Sandwich and Bar, On-site Massage and FREE on-site parking.

As soon as you walk into our condo you will see spectacular views of the ocean and from our lanai, you will see a panoramic view of the Pacific along with views of Molokini and other islands. Everything is provided, including central air conditioning, Tommy Bahama decor, and a private lanai where you can enjoy your meals, have a glass of wine or just read a book. We also have a keyless entry system so you don't need to worry about carrying keys. All that awaits is your arrival so you can begin your stay and enjoy a fabulous Hawaiian experience!

Inside the condo you have a fully equipped and well-stocked kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, SmartTV flat screen with full cable in living room and bedroom which BOTH have wireless internet and HDMI, ceiling fan in the bedroom, with full king-size bed, FREE wireless internet, FREE long distance phone between Canada and US, Bluetooth sound system, private lanai, luxury linens, bath towels and beach towels, blow dryer, iron and ironing board, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, cooler and much more!

We welcome you to our home!

We believe in having similar amenities available to us as we do at our home in Vancouver. Our primary desire is to have a home away from home.

We have three children and know how great it is to get away to enjoy "Family" (Ohana). This is the primary purpose for the condo for people to have an escape from everyday life and reconnect, relax and enjoy a beautiful holiday in Maui!

As business people, we can appreciate there are times when we do have to contact the outside world. It's important to be able to do this as easy as possible because the faster you can clear your work schedule the faster you can get back to enjoying your holiday. That is why we have FREE wireless internet and FREE long distance throughout the US and Canada.

Magical Maui

Can’t beat the location, well kept facility, and a wonderful, cosy nest to stay in. Don’t think you could ask for more. Wish I was back on the lanai looking out at the ocean.

A little bit of paradise

Wonderful, restful vacation in a perfect location. Lovely little nest for our stay. Kitchen stocked with everything necessary to prepare simple meals. Loved your comfy rocking lounge chairs on the lanai looking out over the ocean.

Oh Dear Ocean front condo. The location is a bit off from the center of Kihei no restaurant or grocery without driving. The building like most a bit older due to age and ocean elements. It's maybe 3 at most not the resort type of living if that's what you want. The parking is plentiful and easy to get to. The beach is a right in front. It is great for kids, wading in the water, seating with umbrella and long walk. It's not good for snorkeling as it is mainly baren and sandy. It's close to the boardwalk with the pink algae lake so most of the time smell very bad by the parking lot. There is a small parking lot and a hot tub we did not try. The room are small good for two maybe a kid. Our room is good, nice view in between coconut trunks, lacking enough towels, paper towels, toilet paper and a orange hand juicer would be nice additions. The bed and sofa are very comfortable. The kitchen has a rice cooker which is nice. All and all it is fairly decent.

Beautiful view but dirty condo

This property is located perfectly for stunning views of the ocean. We enjoyed many sunsets on our balcony and loved the sound of the ocean every day we were there. The biggest complaint is the lack of cleanliness. There was trash, someone’s deodorant, chapstick, and other debris in the bedroom and under the bed. The whole condo was dirty. Urine on and under the seat. Hairs left in the bathroom and shower. There were hand prints all over the fridge and crumbs left on the countertops. I went to the store and bought cleaners to clean the condo so we didn’t feel grossed out during our stay. Disappointing going on vacation only to have to clean the condo once we got there. We also had a few visitors (cockroaches) in the condo. It wouldn’t hurt to deep clean this property and maybe hire pest control. It’s also a difficult location to walk to any restaurants since there were no sidewalks from the condo to most of the bars/restaurants. Not any fault to the owner but definitely something to know if you like to walk a lot.

Perfect location!

This was such a great location, close to everything and the views were amazing! The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook, wrap up and save, full fridge, washer and dryer in the unit even! We had breakfast and dinner pretty much every night on the balcony!

Beach View

Checkin/out was easy, parking is plentiful and our condo had a great ocean view. This unit has been updated from what I can tell and has all the kitchen gear you may need and Full size appliances as well as a washer/dryer are nice to have. The beach is steps away, you can walk forever if you wish. And when your done with your walk the pool and or hot tub will call your name. I would stay here again.

Good location; Great oceanfront

The condo fit our needs and was a great place to stay to explore the entire island (north, east, and south). Unfortunately not within walking distance to any restaurants, so luckily we had a rental car. Well-equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer a nice convenience. Balcony and outdoor seating could have been cleaner. Bedroom dark and bed linens a bit outdated. The pool was lovely and the green lawn and lounge chairs were awesome under the palms!

Beautiful patio, amazing views!

Our favorite thing to do was to sit on the beautiful patio and watch/listen to the waves. The only improvement we would recommend would be to upgrade the mattress but other then that this was a perfect condo for our stay. My family had 3 other condos and everyone liked ours the best. Thank you so much.

Beautiful property and great location! It was central to everything. We loved being right on the beach, hearing the ocean from inside the condo was fabulous! It was also a very quiet area. The scenery from the condo is spectacular. We would definitely stay here again!

The location of this condo is perfect- right on Sugar Beach, steps to the ocean. The views are breathtaking! The condo and property are clean and well-maintained. Wonderful stay

Apartment was clean, had great appliances. It was so nice to leave with clean clothes. The lanai was wonderful for sitting and watching the sunset. Location was great, centrally located so you can adventure out anywhere on the island with ease.

1st time to Maui!

This condo is great for being right on the beach for great walking, playing in the ocean or sitting by the pool and watching the ocean. The condo itself would not be big enough for more than two adults and two small children just my suggestion. Wish there was more seating inside for evening time and just watching a show. No coffee table which I get if you are pulling out the hideaway bed but for those, they do not it is missing. My big suggestion is to update all beach equipment as it is old and tearing. Also, the patio seat covers are old and tore as well. Mahalo!

Great Stay

Great location central to everything on Maui. Unit was a bit dated and some areas could use renovation/repair, but it was a great value and had a perfect view of the ocean.
