The Absolute Best Location in all of Kihei!!! Our condo's central location makes it the perfect place to explore the rest of the island. The best part of the location is that it is right across the street from a couple of beautiful secret beaches and coves, where you can take long walks on the sand, snorkel with sea turtles, watch Humpback whales swim by, play volleyball, work on your tan, and witness a world-famous Maui Sunset. Amenities include pool, tennis and BBQ Area.

The condo itself is bright and airy with a large sliding glass door that opens up from the living room to the lanai (balcony).

It is located in the closest building in the complex to the beach but set back on the quiet side of the building away from road noise.

There is a smart TV with cable, Netflix, Hulu, Apple Tv, etc. Wifi and high-speed internet......

The bedroom has a queen bed, full-size dressers and plenty of closet space.

The bathroom has a shower. We also provide hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, extra towels, blankets, pillows, and anything else you might need to feel right at home. We even provide you with plenty of beach gear, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, towels, and a cooler.

Our owner-managed (no dealing with unresponsive property managers). We are minutes away to address any of your needs. 3rd-floor beach condo is all about location! A short walk to the beach but tucked away on the quiet side of the complex.

It's north facing location means it gets plenty of natural light, but it stays cooler than other units because it never gets direct sunlight like south facing units do.

The best part of the location is that it is right across the street from a couple of beautiful secret beaches and coves as well as two of South Maui's most breathtaking beaches, Charley Young Beach and Kamaole Beach Park 1, where you can take long walks on the sand, snorkel with sea turtles, watch Humpback whales swim by, play volleyball, work on your tan, and witness a world-famous Maui Sunset.

If you feel like taking surfing lessons or trying Stand Up Paddle Boarding, the world-famous Maui Waveriders Surf School is just a short walk up the street across from the best beginner surf spot in all of Maui. There are also lots of other activities close by, including kayaking, golfing, pickleball, and tennis.

World famous Makena Big Beach. World class snorkeling and golf are all just a short drive away.

Feel like an evening out? You are a short walk in either direction to some of the best restaurants, bars, nightlife, and shopping in South Kihei, including Tripadvisor #1 Ranked Kinaole Food Truck, Kalama Village, Kihei Caffe (#1 breakfast on Maui) just steps away, Paia Fish Market, Coconut's Fish Tacos, Cafe O'Lei, Haui's Life's a Beach, and Three's Bar & Grill, just to name a few.

There are also lots of quick bites, food trucks, a health food store, a convenience store, and a supermarket close by, plus plenty of souvenir shops.

Wailea is only a 5-minute drive to the south, where there are plenty of upscale dining options (Monkeypod, Ko, Ferraro's, Duo, Spago) as well as high-end shopping at the Shops at Wailea.

You can take whale watching tours and snorkel adventures to Molokini from either Kihei Boat Ramp, which is just minutes away.

The central location and easy highway access make it the perfect to home base to explore the Road to Hana, Haleakala Crater, etc.
