Our ground floor, partially remodeled unit with new furnishings is just steps away from World famous Sugar Beach! Small boutique style complex is great for your Maui getaway. We have everything you need for your beach trip including 2 Maui cruiser bikes for your use! Full size laundry makes your vacation even easier.

This updated, clean & light filled two-bedroom/one bath GROUND FLOOR condo is only steps from World Famous Sugar Beach!!!! Come join us for seasonal whale watching, literally right in front of you, as this area is considered the best "nursery" for the whale's coming to give birth! Enjoy long strolls, swimming, sunsets, etc, on miles of beautiful beach.

Kihei Holiday is conveniently located at the very beginning of North Kihei, allowing for quick and easy access to all other parts of Maui. Planning on touring many different areas while here? Our unit is located 15 minutes form the airport/Central Maui, less then 10 minutes to Maalaea Harbor for excursions, 30 minutes to UpCountry Maui for wine tasting, Lavender Farm, ziplining, etc, and approximately 30 minutes to the West side (Lahaina). Enjoy all new furniture, brand new a/c unit, recent paint, fully stocked kitchen, full sized washer/dryer inside the unit, luxury linens, beach items for your use and more! The a/c is in the shared space of the living room and is on a timer to prevent wasting of our very precious and expensive resources; an island is the perfect place to be cognoscente of our Planet! The kitchen is fully equipped for any meal preparations you desire while lounging on vacation. The living room has two sofas, (one being a pull out bed) stocked bookshelf, board games and 42' flat screen smart TV. Includes cable, wireless internet connection. Both bedrooms boast very comfortable beds with hotel quality bedding and flat screen smart TVs as well. We have beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach towels AND....TWO BEACH CRUISERS/BIKES for your use while staying with us! And to top it off: GROUND FLOOR! You don't have to walk up stairs to get to your unit after a long day lounging at the beach!

When you book with us you are agreeing to the terms of our rental agreement, found under "HOUSE RULES".

I am super communicative with my guests and always happy to help however I can! I remember how I felt the first time I came to Maui and I keep that in mind every time I have a guest arriving. Maui is absolutely paradise and I want you to have the best experience you can!
- No shoes in house- Hawaiian style!
- No riding bikes in parking lot or management will remove them


GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT – Kihei Holiday #112

1. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT - Check-in time is 4 p.m. Hawaii time & Check- out time is 11 a.m. Hawaii time. Late check-out will result in an additional charge unless arrangement are made IN WRITING.

2. NO SMOKING - This is a NON-SMOKING unit.

3. NO PETS - Pets are not permitted

4. Hawaii State Taxes: the tax rate is always subject to change, by the State of Hawaii. We are mandated to collect these taxes and pay them. Therefore, if the tax rate changes prior to your dates of stay, we will need to collect any additional taxes due prior to your arrival.

5. CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation of a reservation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Changes that result in shortened stay or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. We recommend trip insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations or changes.

6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests for the agreed upon rate in this unit is six (6). This unit requires a one (1) night minimum stay.

7. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time clean linen/towel setup. No maid service is included. However, if you would like maid service during your stay we can arrange that for you, just call Debbie to discuss. Laundry/dish soap and enough paper products to get you started. Guests must purchase additional paper products as needed, but need not re-stock at check-out.

8. RATE CHANGES - Rates are subject to change without notice, but will not be changed on any reservation already confirmed and paid for.

9. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretenses of any kind will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment,
deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. If discovery of false pretenses are discovered after check-in, party will be
evicted without a refund of any monies.

10. PARKING – Kihei Holiday–parking stall #29. Guests are required to check in at the front desk upon arrival, or when the office is opened again, if it is closed.

11. RULES - In addition to the conditions of this Rental Agreement, guests are required to obey any rules put forth by the resort. Pay particular attention to the rules posted in the Pool area regarding food and glass. You will receive a complete copy of the house rules upon check in at the front desk.

12. PERSONAL BELONGINGS - Tenants shall be responsible for their personal belongings and agree to hold the Owners harmless for any loss due to theft, or damages to or by them while occupying the unit.

13. INSECT CLAUSE: Hawaii has one of the most enjoyable ecosystems on earth, and insects are a part of that system. We try to control this natural occurrence by regularly spraying for insects. The most common pests that may find their way into the property include ants, small beetles, gnats, mosquitos, geckos, and even cockroaches. Naturally, it is a good idea to keep the doors closed while enjoying our island, but, that will not necessarily eliminate all occurrences of insects. We do not offer refunds or adjustments for pest control issues. If you notice a problem, please call Holly so we can handle it.

14. There are 2 bikes inside the unit for your use while staying with us. We are so happy we can provide this for our guests. However, the bylaws of the complex do not allow bike riding in the parking lot and is strictly enforced. Please obey this rule so future guests can also enjoy the bikes. If a bike is missing you will be charged for it. RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK; the owners assume no risk.

By booking with us, each adult guest acknowledges that they have read, understand, and will abide by the terms and conditions of this Rental Agreement.

Easy entry and ground floor unit was convenient. Parking spot was also very close. Beach is an easy walk across the street! The beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and towels were such a bonus!! Condo had everything we needed except bbq utensils. The pans and some dishes could use an update. One complaint we had is the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. We were grateful the unit had air mattresses to use instead. Also, the shower floor has mildew around the edges and corners.

You cannot beat the cross walk, literally right to the beach! Soft sandy beach area to lay out or nice enough for snorkeling. Quieter area, family friendly with a nice size pool and lounge chairs. Nice grilling option at the pool. Pleasant neighbors around when we visited, tolerant of my kiddos not being silent and calm at the pool. Condo had everything we really needed. Great to have beach toys and floor level makes it so nice to sit out with kids. All that being said it could use some updating, a deep clean… the hot tub was out of commission our whole trip, and the internet was out a few days when we got there. The host was very pleasant and apologetic of any issues! Over all I would recommend it for folks that don’t need top tier fancy. Comfortable & functional. Easy access is big bonus here!! Parking wasn’t a pain either. Thank you for a lovely family visit
