"Excellent location, within 2-3 mins to all good trucks and restaurants. Within 3-4 mins drive to all the beaches. You won’t find a studio anywhere which is affordable and is at the right location. Cloy is definitely an amazing host."

"Great location. Great view. Nice condo. The only complaint was the pull out sofa. It kept sinking in the middle. It was not comfortable at all. We even brought a camping mattress, but had to put towels and blankets under it to make it flat. Otherwise great stay. The king size bed in the room was very comfortable."

"My husband and I loved this little place. It had everything we needed and a great location. We were able to find a parking spot each night. There are turtles on the beach across the street. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!"

"Small unit but worked great for our travels since we were mostly out all day and needed a nice comfortable room to sleep in. Communication with owner was quick and prompt. It was really helpful that there were amenities like the mini fridge and microwave as well as extra things to utilize for the beach. Parking was super convenient which is a really nice plus. The area around is also convenient to walk through and full of shops, local grocery store, and restaurants/bars."

"Cute place that is close to everything. Walked to the shops at Wailea as well as the beach path. Unit was clean and has great wifi. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Fiona is awesome - responds to any inquiries very promptly. I wanted to stay a few more days and her help made it very easy. Highly recommend."

"B107 is a lovely place to stay. It's convenient, it's on the ground floor with convenient parking, and its right across the road from a beach. It's just too bad this was a business trip and I was not in the place for extended periods of time and could not take advantage of the beach access."

"What a great place to stay! Dream location right by an amazing calm beach with turtles. The place was so clean and smelt fresh upon arrival. We absolutely loved our stay here. It was supplied with everything we needed. It was so home-y and welcoming as well. The check in and check out instructions were easy and clear. "About what we expected, was nice looking out the window and seeing the beach and ocean. Slept with the windows open and fell asleep to the sound of the waves. Location was perfect, parking was sometimes a challenge as there is no designated spots for this property. I would say the one thing that we weren't happy with was the towels didn't smell very good."

"Virtually everything about our week-long stay was terrific. The condo was a perfect fit for our family of five, including our 9-month old grandson.
