This cozy suite is part of Southernmost Sanctuary, offering easy access to shared hot tubs and a charming patio to soak up the island atmosphere. Equipped with a kitchenette, cable TV, and complimentary WiFi, you'll feel right at home.

The Space:
Seagull Suite features a welcoming layout ideal for couples, with a comfortable Queen bed and a Queen sleeper sofa for extra flexibility. You're just a short stroll from the lively attractions on historic Duval Street, where you can indulge in shopping, dining, and nightlife. Nearby, you'll find a cafe, convenience store, gift shop, and bike and scooter rentals, all within the same block. Don't miss the iconic Southernmost Point, just one block away, and South Beach, only three blocks from your door. Seagull Suite is also part of the Southernmost Sanctuary, a charming six-unit property that can be rented together for larger gatherings or family retreats.

Oh my goodness - not enough stars! Accommodations were perfect (convenient, quiet at night, comfortable). Richard was so very helpful to this VRBO rookie. Zoey’s ride from the airport was not only on time but so very informative. Every one of her recommendations was a hit! Finally, Alex and TJ’s airport shuttle featured a ride past the beach front for one last look. Thanks for the perfect vacation!

Great little spot. Small gated compound with a handful of units near the southernmost point. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Kitchenette and bathroom were stocked with basics. Beach towels provided too. Everything was within walking distance for us. Easy check in and check out. Host and staff were all welcoming and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was very well kept. We felt safe with a security gate with a code and a code for your door. It was very clean I am not a bug person and you can tell they had no problems with bugs. The Island’s electric went out and she kept me well informed. My hair dryer was broke and before I could turn around I had a new one. They are very well managed. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Quick Trip

Great location! Very tidy. Thoughtful array of bathroom amenities were there waiting as a little gift. Mattress was very nice- not too firm or soft. A/C was ample, and lighting was sufficient. Well equipped kitchen, and comfy couch. Overall, great place for the price and location! Would absolutely book again.

Keywest songwriters fest week

The best location right next to the cutest breakfast & convenience, store that had cheap drinks and snacks for my room. Across the way was able to enjoy live music easy access to scooter and golf cart rental which they allowed me to keep there to not pay for parking which in key-west is can be expensive. Was very quiet, had dove amenities which was also a bonus!!!! They even allowed me to keep my car parked at their property since I drove I will be booking here again next year. The only downfall was no pool however most hotels were visitor friendly!

Fantastic visit with unparalleled customer service!

We really enjoyed our recent long weekend at the Seagull property! It started with an airport pickup from Wisi, who also picked up our bags after checkout so that we could walk around before our flight. And then he came and met us where we were to run us to the airport-it was fantastic! The property is great, albeit a 10-20 min walk to some places. That said, the quiet was great and the Tipsy Rooster across the street alwyas had great live music at night! It was a great fit for us, although would be quite tight with 4 adults. One note for light-sensitive sleepers is that the blinds provide privacy, but very little in terms of darkness once the sun is up. All in, we had a great time and were so delighted by the quick and helpful customer service. They even dropped off extra K cups while we were out! We would definitely stay with them again, although possibly closer to the Duval area. Thanks for a great stay, especially Wisi and all of his help and great driving!

Great location & very comfortable, clean apartment

Four family members stayed and had a great time. The lodgings are clean and comfortable. A big plus for us was that you are close to everything, but the apartment itself is set back from the road in a quiet, pretty compound with a few units. We loved getting our Cuban coffee at the nearby corner store. We'd be happy to stay again.

Place was very cozy and clean. There is no oven though. Also, parking around the neighborhood is an issue. We ended up talking to the owners who advised we could park at their central office about 20 minutes away, and they would take us to our place and pick usbup at checkout

Long Weekend in KW

Super location on quiet end of Duval. Easy access to restaurants, pubs, beach, etc. Check-in super easy. Take advantage of the shuttle. Room is simple, but all you need for a quick trip - bed, bath, fridge.

Cute bungalow!

We totally enjoyed our stay. It had everything that was needed. The cleanliness was great, but the floors needed to be mopped the toaster only one side of it worked. Wi-Fi could use some improvements. We did use the hot tub first night there. Went to use the hot tub again on the third day we were there and it was almost empty. I believe it had a leak. But overall was a very nice little place to stay and clean other than floors needing mopped.

Nice KW Bungalow

Cute property, nice stay. Street parking is super expensive, 60 a day. Only other issue is very low water pressure in shower. Would I stay again, for sure. Would I drive, no way!
