"The building advertised a pool, however, it was more like a spa…..very warm like bath water. A bit cooler would have been more refreshing with Key West’s heat and humidity. Everything else was nice. Pretty small but had basically what we needed."

"Great property. Walking Blocks away from the downtown action, yet far away to be quiet. Parking is very tough. If you don’t need to rent a car because you’re going to be hanging out in town the whole time, don’t bother. Uber and transportation are plentiful but again, the parking is very difficult to find free parking."

"The studio is adequate for one person however for two people it would be rather tight space-wise. The bathroom is tight as well. The space allotted for the shower is as narrow as the space that the toilet occupies. The towels were provided. The kitchenette is well equipped. I didn't go to the back to check out nor use the pool. The location is convenient if you don't mind walking a few blocks to Duval Street and the landmarks and historical sites on Whitehead and side streets. The area was...

"Perfect location. Nice room…small but everything we needed. Super comfy bed! Only one coffee mug. No room to park a golf cart so we had to rent a scooter instead for parking purposes. Worked fine for us!"

"Very quaint place. Location was perfect. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Close to Duval Street, Hemingway House, Southernmost Point. Pool area was nice to sit and relax by. Enjoyed our time here."

"Property was decent. The images online are significantly better than real life. Claimed to be newly remodeled, but that seems a stretch. As a carpenter of 25 years seeing rotten wood in stair stringers is quite problematic. Overall a good experience. A bit underwhelming though."
