Scuba diving and snorkeling are the top activities here, and this vacation home provides plenty of gear. Plus, rentals are also available nearby. Anglers will appreciate being close to Yellow Bait House, while John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is 1.5 miles away featuring the first undersea park in the United States.

Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the beautifully furnished screened porch overlooking the water, your afternoons exploring the area, and the evenings stargazing with the provided telescope.

The open layout combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas showcasing unique artwork and tasteful furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials and stainless steel appliances needed to prepare favorite recipes. Belly up to the breakfast bar, then dine together around the six-seat table. Or, step it up a notch and enjoy alfresco meals in the lower-level outdoor dining area, complete with a hammock. Make use of the popcorn machine and gather in the living room for a movie night. There's also a keyboard to play some tunes and entertain your group and another living space with a TV.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Dock details: 30 foot boat max. Keep in mind tides in the keys shift up to 3 feet at times.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
