"This property is at least a 20-year old single wide mobile home. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living space are very small. The ceilings are 7-feet high and claustrophobic. While the home was very clean on arrival, and the staff was friendly, the home is showing signs of wear and disrepair. The ceilings are definitely cracking and in need of repair. The television remote control would not adjust the audio volume, and I had to call management. While a pleasant young man did arrive...

"We really enjoyed Sunrise Retreat. There is a lot of space given it is 2 stories…note there are several stairs in case others might have trouble with stairs. The stairs were not an issue for our family. The location of this condo has direct views and access to the pool and small hot tub and both were very clean and spacious. The condo had everything we needed to make meals, there wasn’t anything lacking in the kitchen! We enjoyed the low key atmosphere and we would definitely stay here...
