Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests (includes all adults and children over age 1 — strict HOA policy)

Hassle-Free Check-In

Your resort fee is already included in your booking total — no separate payments, no arrival-day errands. While some owners require guests to bring a check or money order when they arrive, we handle it for you. We pay the HOA directly so you don’t have to worry about a thing — your vacation starts the moment you arrive!

Parking & Policies

Limit: 2 vehicles per reservation

3rd vehicle allowed only with valid handicap placard/license plate & pre-registration

Security cameras on-site, including a Ring doorbell

Government-issued ID required for guest verification

No smoking / No pets (due to highly allergic owners and guests)

Fully licensed with the State of Florida DBPR

Short-term rental agreement must be completed and returned before arrival (names and ages of all guests required for security access)

Please ensure the number of guests on your reservation matches the actual number of guests in your party. The maximum occupancy is 10, including children over age 1.
