COZY ACCOMMODATIONS: Our house features three rooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a TV, connected to another room with a bunk bed. The third room provides a full bed over two twin beds and another TV. The living room also has a comfy sofa bed and TV. The kitchen is well-equipped ed with an XL air fryer, instant pot, and all your basic kitchen necessities. Our outdoor area is a haven of relaxation. Lounge in the hammocks, gather around the outdoor chairs and tables with friends and family for some quality time, or engage in friendly competition with our collection of board games. There's no shortage of ways to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.


POOL SPA PARADISE: Take a dip in our unique pool spa, where one side offers the relaxation of a Jacuzzi, and the other boasts a pool with a treadmill-like jet for those who want to stay active while enjoying the water. Whether you're in the mood to unwind or exercise, this pool spa has you covered.

ADVENTURE AWAITS: Feel like exploring? We provide bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing polls for your adventures in the Florida Keys. Head to the private beach just minutes away or embark on a water excursion like no other.

BOAT ENTHUSIASTS: If you have your own boat, you can park it in our deck (up to 26 ft).
Our property offers not just one, but two boat ramps for our guests with boats. And for those without a boat, we offer a boat ride/tour OR a jet-ski ride for an additional fee, It's a chance to experience the beauty of the Keys from a unique perspective.

PET FRIENDLY PARADISE: We welcome your furry friends, but kindly request that they are well-behaved and do not cause any damage. A fee will apply for any pet-related damages.

CONVENIENT LOCATION: Located just 45 minutes from Miami, our house is close to an array of local restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and more. You'll have everything you need within reach. The neighborhood features a homeowners park with a sandy private beach and pavilion, 2 boat ramps, and a private dock and pier.
