Located just over a mile north from the main drag of Ketchum, there will be no delay in heading into town and checking out the various shops, restaurants, and nightlife that this city is known for. If the skiers are itching to get on the mountain, they will be glad to know that the lifts are located a mile away in the neighborhood for easy access to fresh powder. Not to mention, summer months uncover pristine hiking and biking trails that you will not want to miss. The close proximity to Adam’s Gulch connector Heidelberg Hill will make this an ideal location for hikers and mountain bikers.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
