"Great location if you want to walk up to the Sun Valley village or into Ketchum. Quick access to the SV pool, tennis courts, or paddle boats on the lake. We didn't experience any loud neighbors and the deck area is shaded for spending time outside (especially in the mornings or after it cools off a bit in the evening). Plenty of space for the four of us to spread out (even with two teenagers) and still hangout as a family in the evenings. Kitchen is stocked and ready for use if you want to...
