Sage Road 415 A is a delightful 2-story townhome nestled in the desirable Warm Springs neighborhood of Sun Valley. This 1,200-square-foot retreat comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it perfect for families or small groups. Warm Springs Lodge is only a 12-minute walk away, providing effortless access to premier skiing, hiking, and mountain biking. Surrounded by lush wildflowers in the Summer and offering stunning year-round views of Mount Baldy, this home is the ideal mountain getaway.

A small bench adorns the entryway landing, which leads guests up a short flight of stairs to the main level of this townhome. The living area features a full-length leather sofa and 2 comfortable armchairs that frame a gorgeous gas fireplace and wood coffee table. Beyond the living area is a kitchen featuring KitchenAid appliances that provide all the essentials for preparing home-cooked meals. The patio, offering family and friends a picturesque dining experience with unobstructed views of Greyhawk, Hemingway, and Cozy ski runs—as well as patio seating, BBQ grill, and cozy firepit. A stackable washer and dryer add convenience to the first floor.

Ascend the spiral staircase from the great room to discover a spacious second-floor loft boasting a TV, comfy sofa, and armchair perfect for unwinding!

We absolutely loved our stay, Ketchum is a fabulous town with lots of great restaurants. The view from our deck was spectacular. We saw elk and deer across the road on the hillside. We loved it.

Nice place but…

There is much to recommend this place EXCEPT for the lack of heat controls in either bedroom. The checkin instructions note that each bedroom has separate temp controls- NOT the case as there is only a master thermostat in the living room. I complained due to the constant blasting of heat the 1st night and the management company sent someone to adjust the vent, which only provided slight relief. (Apparently there’s a new furnace, etc.) The sub-zero temps outside made opening w/the windows open difficult so I basically didn’t sleep for 7 nights. Otherwise, a really nice place.

Warm Springs was warm but still a great getaway

Natural Retreats does a great job with supplies and towels and cleanliness. Only criticism is that the check in time is 5 pm and is very late. Would prefer 3 pm.

Perfect stay in Ketchum!

This is the perfect property for your stay in Ketchum/Sun Valley! The home was impeccably clean, and made a great first impression with peaceful music and lovely aromatherapy when we checked in. The location in the Warm Springs area felt very private, but was just a few minutes drive from downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley. It is also within walking distance to the Warm Springs lifts. The home has an amazing hot tub, a fire pit table, and a grill that we thoroughly enjoyed. The layout of the house is perfect: All living areas are on a single floor (up a short flight of stairs from the front door) which was very important to my senior parents. The loft has many games that are perfect for kids and kids at heart. The kitchen had everything we needed (pots/pans, blender, coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, etc.). The property has A/C and heat, and both bedrooms have separate climate control. The fireplace was also very efficient at quickly warming up the living area. Overall, we felt that this was the perfect home to stay in during our first visit to Idaho.

Two weeks in Ketchum for work and to spend time with my oldest son

This apartment is fantastic with a great kitchen, amazing hot tub, functional WiFi and it was very clean. The management was very responsive and friendly. I can highly recommend this place! The neighborhood and the community around the property is very welcoming. Overall we had a great experience and will definitively stay there again if possible.

Nice place, but a few issues

I generally do not like to write negative things about rentals because I am a positive person, but I did feel a little annoyed about this one. As we planned to be in Sun Valley in mid-July and we are working remotely, I decided I was only willing to look at rentals with air conditioning. There were not a huge number available, and I chose this one because of it - even though it was a bit farther from town than I would have liked. When we arrived, I discovered that the listing was wrong and there was no AC. We did hit some particularly hot days - which was annoying because I needed to work. The good news is it cools down nicely around here at night, so nobody had any issue sleeping. I was also annoyed that the cable was not working in the main room. It did work up in the loft - but it was not comfortable up there because it was quite hot. Eventually we got the cable box from the loft and had it working in the main room where we were hanging out. The thing that annoyed me most was the check out time. Due to COVID, they have pushed the check in time to 5 PM and check out to 9 AM. I am guessing this was the case when I reserved but I guess I missed it. I have sympathy for the extra burden of cleaning for COVID, but they do not need 8 hours to clean a 1200 square foot townhouse. I have been staying at many VRBO's in the area for the last several weeks while I am working remotely and none of them have a 9 AM check out. It is particularly annoying because I am going to have to do a conference call in my car now. I called the management company and explained that I was annoyed about the AC and cable and asked for a later check out. I did not receive an apology for the misinformation about the listing on VRBO or the cable and was transferred to another department to ask about delaying the check out for an hour. When I was transferred, my request was abruptly denied even after I explained how annoyed I was about the AC. At that point if you care about good customer service or wanting a good review or recommendation in the future, you would find a way to be flexible. I did not argue because I hate negativity, but I certainly would not rent this house or anything else managed by this company in the future, and I would not recommend them to friends or family visiting the area. Otherwise, the house is really quite nice. It has a great deck with a lovely view. It is well furnished and equipped. Internet was perfect.

Wonderful Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property! Easy access to Warm Springs lift, as well as downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley. It was very clean and decorated nicely. We enjoyed the private hot tub. Would stay here again!
