This 3-bed 2-bath townhome is located in West Ketchum and will sleep up to 5 guests. The home is located within walking distance of downtown Ketchum's restaurants and shops. Bald Mountain's River Run Ski Lifts are just 1.4 miles away.

On the upper level is the living area with high ceilings for great light. There is a 65-inch flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and Sonos speakers throughout the house. There is access to a deck with a table and chairs, and a gas grill. The fully stocked kitchen has a gas stove, and the dining table seats 4 (expandable to 6). The bedroom on this level has a Queen bed and a 50-inch flat-screen TV. This bedroom has access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and a shower.

On the lower level, you will find the master bedroom featuring a king bed and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. This room offers access to a deck equipped with outdoor furniture and a private hot tub. The ensuite bath has two sinks, a vanity, and a shower with two shower heads as well as heated floors. The third bedroom is a small room with a twin-size bed with a brand-new Casper mattress (no closet or dresser).

Property Features: This property does have an exterior camera. Sabala is close to the bike path, about 1.4 miles from the ski lifts, and about seven to eight blocks from the center of Ketchum. You can walk or skate on the bike path to the River Run Day Lodge. The area offers a free shuttle that stops about a block away, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, or the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.
