"The pool was amazing. Outdoor areas and gardens are stunning. The water filter be on however did not dispense cold water as it didn’t work, the fridge was good. The rooms released an unpleasant scent. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The road traffic noise was non stop until 3am one morning and 1am the next morning. Customer service management was very good. "

"This little resort is such a gem. Reasonably priced. The staff are beautiful, the food in their restaurant is limited but everything they do is delicious. Sadly, though, management is letting the side down by letting things run down. At the front in the small carpark, the bins are filled to overflowing. Right near the entrance to the resort. All and I mean all, the covers on the sunbeds and couches both in the room and outside were grubby and dirty with marks. Not just a little bit, a lot. ...

"Alex Villa N5 was a great place to stay has everything you need and more, to be honest it felt more like a fully furnished one bedroom apartment. Staff were helpful and attentive. The private plunge pool is a little small and no area to sun bathe but the beach is down the road and another pool on rooftop with plenty of chairs. Location is okay short grab ride will get you everywhere you need in Canguu. Thank You Alex Villas "

The staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful…they even fixed my daughter’s broken bracelet for her while we were out! Breakfast each morning was prompt and delicious!
