"It seems in the past it might used to the be good, looking at the infra. We arrived and there was no one at the check in - it was closed. Thee was a nunber to be called, but no one answered. Finally, I found an on-site worker who knew someone ( not the person at the sign ) that could help me. A very nice old lady who did hsr best but could barely find the key. Finally, having found the key, we went to the room. Besides the bed, that was nice, everything else was serioulsy dirty, I mean, DIRTY....

"This property is absolutely beautiful. The river runs just below the area and the sound of the water is so nice and calming. They have coffee for the mornings which i truly appreciated! 2 seperate buildings for bathrooms and a separate space with showers (partially outside, rock floors and open roof! Also access to the river with steps made of large rocks. Everyone was helpful and friendly. "

"Perfect Stay – Comfortable, Clean, and Well-LocatedWe had such a great experience at this property! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the living space was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.The location was ideal – close to everything in Kernville. "Had the best experience at the River Willow cabin. It is a beautiful property and as nice - if not better - than described and shown in the listing pictures. From before your trip starts you're given access to their website/app that has ALL the info you need about the house and surrounding areas. "Exactly what we were looking for a week long visit. The cabin is snug and spacious. 2 bedrooms with a loft area outside the 2nd bedroom. It was clean on check in and nicely decorated. "We had such a great time during our stay at this property! Our group consisted of three families coming together with kids of multiple ages. Everyone slept comfortably and there were plenty of beds for all! The kids enjoyed running around the grounds. They loved looking at the horses in the morning, playing on the zip line and taking dips in the hot tub in the evenings! This place is perfectly located within the town of Kernville.
