"Wonderful house and location. It was very private but easy access to wineries and restaurants. We did have a few small issues with things like the door entry system not functioning properly and the firepit gas running out, but overall it was a very nice rental!"

"We booked this vrbo for the location and hot tub. When we arrived the yard was very overgrown and almost unrecognizable from the pictures provided online. The hot tub was dirty and not functioning. After we booked the listing was updated removing it but it’s still heavily discussed in the reviews. Very disappointed in this. The only tv is in the master bedroom and has 2 chairs to be used during viewing. Very poor lighting in master bath. Loud chicken farm next door. Other than that the...

"This a perfect house to stay in for visiting Sonoma and Napa. It’s a quiet, clean very thoughtfully furnished house. Kitchen was very user friendly and fully stocked. "We celebrated a 50th Birthday and 20 year anniversary with 12 people and this was the perfect place. Randy and Seth were very accommodating and always available for any requests. "I stayed at Jim’s house during my wedding weekend with a few of my groomsmen and their partners. Big weekend for me obviously, and this house certainly contributed to it living up to the hype. We were welcomed with some snacks, wine, and a fridge full of beverages to our surprise—thanks again Jim!
