"The cottage was wonderful. Spotless and as advertised and more. Nice patio right on the lake. With great views. Spotless clean. Well equipped. Owners were around, friendly, not intrusive. Formal locals, we were wanting to be close to family in Point Breeze and this cottage delivered. Good parking, sunny location, and close to local restaurants. Next time in town, we’d do it again. You won’t be disappointed."

"We were pleased to find that the house was well represented in the photos. The rooms are huge, and the views of the lake are amazing. The house is old but in good shape, cozy, and perfect for our family gathering. Our daughters and our grandchildren joined us and there was plenty of space and everyone enjoyed it. Beds were comfortable and we provided our own sheets and towels. We appreciated having use of the 2 kayaks and 2 bikes. The on-site staff was very helpful whenever we had questions....

"Two older couples, friends of 40+ years , we try to do a getaway a couple times every year. Batavia has always been our half way between spot. We usually do a motel. This was so much better! It is so close to everything, and we were so comfortable! We will definitely be back again."

"We found the cottage very easily and it was as expected, you have 3 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 upstairs. There is a futon in the living room as well. Kitchen was well equipped and we were very comfortable. Lake steps were closed, but we enjoyed the access way. The host was very quick to respond to some questions we had If low-key is what you want, this is the perfect spot."
