"The Ski Inn would be a great place as a medium sized family gathering or just as a drop-in off the road & leave next morning or after a day of sking. The economy room is very tight, just enough space for 1 person to walk around the bed ( there were no other sized rooms available when I was booking for a place to drop for night to break up long drive in our travel.)The worse thing is the lock system- I am well educated and typically very good at figuring out how things work. "The two-night stay was great, in a calm and quiet place, even though it was close to the Alaska Railway. The room was tidy and functional, the service was excellent, and the owner was a wonderful person. The location was very close to Exit Glacier, one of Seward's land attractions. Oh, the stay reminded me of my childhood and youth scouting days."
