"Sometimes a hotel looks too good to be true! That is not the case with this hotel. It is as good as it looks in the pictures and better! Cheyenne and Angie have worked hard to renovate this hotel and make it a special spot for visitors to land. And it shows in all the many details. And one of those details is Cheyenne and Angie themselves. They went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure every need was met. And they were there to greet you every time you walked in the door with a smile...

"The room was clean, the property was well located and easy to find. But it missed basic amenities. We booked a double queen room for 3 nights. It didn’t have any cabinet/closet/storage area. Neither did it have paper plates towels or basic kitchen necessities. It didn’t even have shower gel or handwash in the bathroom. For the price we paid, the experience was subpar. :("

It is very well located between Anchorage and Seward, if you would like to take your time to explore Keanu Peninsula. The house is beautiful, the room (king bed) huge and very cozy. "What a great experience! The Yurt was great! It was super clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable! There is no bathroom in the Yurt - - there are portable toilets and a shower a short walk away. Overall I would recommend this for a unique Alaska experience!"

"This was the worst property we have ever been at. We left immediately as it was so dirty. There was spider in a web in the bath. The coffee pot had water in it, there was no hot water, the bed had crumbs in it. There was a ton of water damage on the ceiling. No soap or shampoo. It just was disgusting. After a 5 minute walkthrough we went back to the office and attempted to cancel. This was immediate. Frankly, Expedia should take this off their site. It was unclean!"

"We had a small porch which faced a babbling brook. It had a fire pit. We enjoyed sitting and watching wildlife. There was a moose who walked through. The was a Dipper bird, which is a songbird that can dive in the water and collect insects. Bathrooms were in a separate building. Very high quality bathroom and showers. They were a short distance. We were very happy for our two days. It was very close to Seward."

"The two-night stay was great, in a calm and quiet place, even though it was close to the Alaska Railway. The room was tidy and functional, the service was excellent, and the owner was a wonderful person. The location was very close to Exit Glacier, one of Seward's land attractions. Oh, the stay reminded me of my childhood and youth scouting days."
