"O atendimento foi um dos pontos mais altos, fizemos a reserva de um quarto sem banheiro privativo, o hotel entrou em contato logo apos a reserva para termos certeza que sabiamos que seria assim. Quando chegamos os quartos apesar de sem banheiro, são antigos mas bem limpos, chegam a ser engraçados por algumas antiguidades, mas que dão um ar de cidade de interior parada no tempo."
"I liked staying at this property a lot! Only thing is- it's technically not in Seward. It's like a 7 minute drive downtown. It would have been nice to have shuttles that go back and forth (and if there were maybe I was just not aware of them). Other than that, clean facilities, comfortable bed, and nice selection of TV options with the SMART Tv. "
"Nauti Otter is not your "run of the mill" place to stay. It's like a combination of glamping airbnb! This is my second time staying here, and I so appreciate the well stocked and comfortable yurts I've stayed in! The Raven's Roost yurt was exceptional with lights, heat, and cozy decorations. You can make your own waffles in the morning, and everything is clean and in the middle of a beautiful forest. Also, if you are social you can sit and chat by the camp fire in the evenings! "The room was so tiny and cute I loved it! It had a sink which was nice. Shared bathroom which was fine. We really just used it for sleep and a little relaxation in the evening so it was perfect. Had a wonderful view of the water. There was a restaurant within walking distance, I mean, it was literally across the street! lol that was really nice. Staff was super friendly. Highly recommend.
Now if you want luxury, this is not for you. But if you want a cozy, cute, hometown experience this place...
"Loved staying at Northern Nights. Will stay here when we come back. Sarah was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was a fountain of information and was ready to help in any way. Had bear spray and more for the day hikers. Breakfasts were yummy and cooked to order. "

"Outside of town, nice to be away from all the hubbub but still close enough to resupply easily. Pack in and out essentially. Good kitchenette accomodations (plates, cookware, salt/pepper, coffee fixings). Great little place to get away.

Payment was required much sooner than check in, which I didn't expect when booking through Expedia.
The propane tank we dead empty, so I had to refill in town. Even then, the grill barely warmed up to cook out shrimp."

"O hotel ou melhor "motel de beira de estrada" é terrível. As fotos que estão nesse site não coincidem. Vendem como se fosse hotel e chega lá é um motel horrível caindo aos pedaços, sujo, roupa de cama velha e encardida. Funcionários mal educados. Esse local é uma espelunca"
