"Sometimes a hotel looks too good to be true! That is not the case with this hotel. It is as good as it looks in the pictures and better! Cheyenne and Angie have worked hard to renovate this hotel and make it a special spot for visitors to land. And it shows in all the many details. And one of those details is Cheyenne and Angie themselves. They went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure every need was met. And they were there to greet you every time you walked in the door with a smile...

"The room was great and loved that it was a bit out of town but not too far. The only contact with the staff was about the low battery in the door and they replaced it immediately. Would definitely stay here again."

"This property shares its first floor and lobby with Major Marine Tours. Outsiders over run the area that should have been a lobby. Lack of privacy. The breakfast area was crowded and lacked sitting to accommodate guests. Parking is at a premium, not enough for guests. Our Kenai all day tour did not leave from hotel but the dock was down the street. So we had to walk a distance. Not worth the $500 per day rate."

"Me and my husband had a wonderful stay of one night at this small and cozy space. It is very well located between Anchorage and Seward, if you would like to take your time to explore Keanu Peninsula. The house is beautiful, the room (king bed) huge and very cozy. The place is beautiful, clean, and made us fell like home. Extremely quite, private and highly recommend. The breakfast was delicious: French toast with berries and sausage. "We had a small porch which faced a babbling brook. It had a fire pit. We enjoyed sitting and watching wildlife. There was a moose who walked through. The was a Dipper bird, which is a songbird that can dive in the water and collect insects. Bathrooms were in a separate building. Very high quality bathroom and showers. They were a short distance. We were very happy for our two days. It was very close to Seward."

"The two-night stay was great, in a calm and quiet place, even though it was close to the Alaska Railway. The room was tidy and functional, the service was excellent, and the owner was a wonderful person. The location was very close to Exit Glacier, one of Seward's land attractions. Oh, the stay reminded me of my childhood and youth scouting days."
