It is very well located between Anchorage and Seward, if you would like to take your time to explore Keanu Peninsula. The house is beautiful, the room (king bed) huge and very cozy. "It is not fancy and the television wasn't working the first night, the restaurant wasn't open for dinner but the views were stunning. We had a really yummy traditional breakfast for only $10 a plate which was our cheapest meal of the trip. We aren't picky We were just happy to be in Alaska "

"This is atleast my 5th stay here.. Our rooms door seal was missing and we could see daylight through the door jam, cold air flowed through the entire stay. The maid didnt do a great job cleaning - tooth paste splatters and finger prints on the bathroom faucet, previous renters socks in the "closet" by the door and the freezer had items left in it. Customer service at the front desk & the breakfast kitchen workers were pleasant/helpful as usual. They get 5 stars for customer service....

"The room was quiet and comfortable. My only complaint was the towels looked like bar rags. You collect a credit card with deposit if you are afraid your guests might steal your towels, what is the problem. Decent towels would improve the over all appearance of the room."
