"The rooms are very small. The sink is located in with the main room, not within a bathroom. They do not have 24/7 complimentary coffee. The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel buffet. The pool is tiny and everything in that room is rusted and it is very hot and humid. They definitely have a humidity control issue. We stayed 4 days and had to change out our own trash, ask for towels etc. all but 1 day. Overall, location is convenient and it is clean, just poor upkeeping."

"What a great experience! The Yurt was great! It was super clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable! There is no bathroom in the Yurt - - there are portable toilets and a shower a short walk away. Overall I would recommend this for a unique Alaska experience!"

"This was the worst property we have ever been at. We left immediately as it was so dirty. There was spider in a web in the bath. The coffee pot had water in it, there was no hot water, the bed had crumbs in it. There was a ton of water damage on the ceiling. No soap or shampoo. It just was disgusting. After a 5 minute walkthrough we went back to the office and attempted to cancel. This was immediate. Frankly, Expedia should take this off their site. It was unclean!"

"The room was very clean with all the amenities & new towels. View was great with nice walking trail to the beach. My only recommendation is to get rid of the fragrant soap or dryer sheets used when washing the sheets/towels. For someone who’s hyper sensitive to smells, it made my mouth and tongue numb. This is usually because someone has used a “ fragrance plug-in” but I couldn’t find one, so I assume it was in the soaps or dryer sheets. It was possibly in the cleaning materials used. ...

"The cabin was amazing! The inside was so cute with great amenities and the outside setting alongside the creek was beautiful. We spent a lot of time sitting on the porch watching for wildlife. The host was super helpful and let us know all the information we needed. Loved it and will definitely stay here again!!"

The room was tidy and functional, the service was excellent, and the owner was a wonderful person. The location was very close to Exit Glacier, one of Seward's land attractions.
