"Excellent stay! The staff are so kind and accommodating. The room was nice. The beds were comfy and had an assortment of pillow types. The pool was warm and the hot tub was the perfect temperature. Breakfast was good. The building is older but you can tell they keep it in good condition and take pride in ensuring it’s clean. We’ll be back. Our son said he doesn’t want to stay anywhere else in Vernon. The only almost concern that was kindly fixed by the staff is that the pool doesn’t open until...

"We had an amazing time at the hotel. The whole loft idea is great. Rooms are spacious and clean. We used pretty much all the amenities: pool, hot tub, games room, EV charger, even the ice machine. Zero issues. They all worked pretty well. The highlight of our stay was how friendly and helpful the staff is, from check-in to check-out. Thanks for the amazing experience!"

"The breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant wows very good. I stayed for 2 weeks and asked for no cleaning of the room, since they said I would accumulate extra points if I did not want my room changed daily. However, since it was booked through Expedia, I do not get those points unless I make a special point of calling Expedia. Same for the renos they are doing. The pool could use a good cleaning around the edges"
