"I was only at the hotel for a quick overnight airport connection layover. I chose this hotel for the airport shuttle. What I did not realize was that the shuttle starts at 0430 which was not early enough for a 0500 flight. It was an additional cost to call a Uber for a 0400 pick up. The room was comfortable enough."

"What an amazing staff!!!!! I left an article of clothing and they found it and shipped it to me! They went way above and beyond!! We met one of the managers I think Maddi was her name and she was amazing - their customer service is a 20/10!!!! The room was great too, what a wonderful experience we had! Haven’t had such a great hotel bed in a while, the sheets/blankets/pillows were amazing. Hoping i can find the same items to purchase for my home. Will stay here again on my next visit to Lexington."

"The room was mostly clean, but the mattress on the bed next to the window sags so badly that you can't sit on the side of it without falling to the floor. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles on the wall were empty & had been squeezed so much, they were dented. The lady at check-in was on her cell phone having a full conversation about finding a man "Butt-naked in the bathtub because he just got too hot". I had to stand there and listen to this conversation while trying to check...
