"A small, quiet place that was friendly."

"Hotel excelente, com comida excelente. Novo e confortável. "

"The property was clean, crisp and secure. The pool was so refreshing after a long day. The breakfast was very good and prepared specifically to our liking and serving time. The room was clean and the AC made sleeping at night very comfortable. The staff was friendly, cheerful, and helpful. They secured tours for us, provided local directions, and helped with our take-away food delivery orders. We stayed 3 nights but would've been happy to stay 3 weeks."

"This Lodge is amazing. Very, very friendly. Very, very clean. Helped with everything that we needed. Highly recommend this place to everyone. "

"Overall I enjoyed the hotel, staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean, but they need a refresh. The rooms were old, worn. I did love the balcony and view of the watering hole (fun to see the many animals), the bed was comfortable, linens soft. We went to the Bomba show hosted at this property. Would highly recommend, food and show were great! Worth it."

"It was a great stay! Loved the breakfast spread. Also the staff were always so helpful even with organising for Safaris etc, that was a plus and I loved that it was quiet and clean. I will be sure to recommend and also come again."

"If I could give 6+ stars (instead of max 5) for customer service, I would do so. After my tour organizer (avoid: Afrinature) was a no show for one tour and cancelled game drive only hours before, the staff at Hotel in short order called their trusted partners to ensure I didn't miss out on any experience in Kasane. I am just so grateful as some people might have simply said, "too bad." When I come back, I am staying with Hotel Rustiek and arranging my tours thru them. Thank you!!!!"

Preços altos no restaurante do lodge. Está precisando reformar os banheiros compartilhados."

"The staff was friendly, responsive and extremely helpful."

"It's a nice hotel, with a good restaurant/bar, but if you dont have a car you cant go anywhere (it's far from the ''city centre'')."

"This is a very basic facility. The owner Sipiwe takes care of all your shipping needs and prepares basic but fresh food on the site. She also provides transportation to excursion points and arranged all our excursions which were really great. Improvements needed "

"sehr gutes Personal, freundliche Leute.

"good and friendly service, nice rooms but finishing was lacking"

"The employees are very helpful and friendly. They book the game drives and boat cruises for you. They also helped us with a taxi to wherever we needed to go! They come in and clean every day. Nice place to stay!"
