"O hotel é muito grande e não há indicações de onde ficam os quartos. Muito mal sinalizado. O bar/restaurante tem péssimo atendimento. Demoram para atender e demoram para servir. As atendentes na Recepção encontram-se muito abaixo do padrão do hotel. Muito confusas. Fico imaginando como o turista que mal fala a língua inglesa deve sofrer para fazê-las entender se acaso surja algum problema que deve ser solucionado. Muito frustrante... "The views were amazing. The condo had everything we needed. We loved being on the north end of the island. There are huge, lush mountains everywhere. Being there in August, we did miss A/C sometimes, especially the night we got there. Just know that it may take a while to get it cooled off it it's been shut up all day.
