"The stay was very disappointing. At the 4pm check in (which was very late) the condo was not cleaned. I was half way through cleaning in myself when a couple showed to finish. No washer and dryer. The space isn’t even set up for it even though it’s listed in the amenities. Upon arrival the TV was not working. The owner was notified and it took 4 days to be replaced. Normally not a big deal but this was just a solo golf trip and I could have really used the relax time at night. The space was used...

"Our stay was nice. The room was suitable. It was confusing finding where to park, it's in an entirely different parking lot than the studio. The beach it sits on is nice with comfortable chairs, but pretty rocky in the water. AC was advertised, but we were asked to use it as little as possible. Not sure what was up with the shower amenities provided, but they were the cheapest shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. Pretty sure the conditioner was half water. Definitely bring your own! "The place itself could be nice, but it was not very well cleaned, the interior is of the cheapest kind and some of it old. The microwave and fridge wer visibly very rusty, the ice compartment broken. We did tell Vacasa about this and they did nothing about that, although they did switch out the broken mixer and gave us a kettle which was not listed in the rental agreement.For the amount this appartment costs, we would have expected something better. "
