"Asked for just a little late checkout ( from 10 am to 11am) and it was refused even after many requests. Owner said that he needed the 6 hours to prepare the tiny condo to another guests. Anyway, we left at 10 but returned 10:45 to pick up a bag we forgot. I was expecting to see people cleaning the condo. Surprised to see nobody there yet. Owner missed the chance to be kind. One tip: get a hard copy of the address and directions because 4G/5G doesn’t work in the area. As for the rest, all great!"

"The studio is in a great Location, not only the resort is beautiful, in front of the beach, with some shops and restaurants around but also Wailua is in the center of the island, easy to go to any direction. The studio is very confortable and charming. I think it can have some small improvements, but it was a very good stay. (The hair driyer was not workig, and a kettle for tea drinkers would be nice)"

"The hotel room is quite spacious and well-equipped, though somewhat dated. It is relatively well-maintained. The ocean view is lovely, but the beach is rocky. There is no daily housekeeping service—which, for me, isn't an issue at all. Do not expect a resort-style atmosphere or level of service. It offers excellent value for money and is well-suited for those seeking flexibility in their accommodation."
